We visited here for the first time this past weekend, Sat Dec 6th. We took our young children inside and they loved it! From the second I walked in, it reminded me of a candy shop like the ones when I was a child. It's very small, but don't let its size fool you. It has it all! It took... More

We first found this store in the spring of 2012 and it has become our favorite "fun" store to visit while in Gettysburg. Unique candies, drinks and gifts, nice atmosphere for browsing, and a pleasant staff make this a worthwhile stop every time. Not just for kids - though it helps to be a kid at heart!

Was in Gettysburg last weekend and had to stop at the Sweeet Shop for a look around. Love the retro feel of the candy. So many choices. Bugs included. Got many things for our grandchildren for Halloween and also a little something for ourselves. The shop was packed on Saturday afternoon. Do not miss visiting the Sweeet Shop when you... More

I wouldn't really classify this as a restaurant but whatever. My family and I noticed this during an evening stroll in downtown Gettysburg. The ship was closed so we made it a point to go there the next day. It was like walking back in time. There aren't many stores like this. Candy was everywhere. Some old-style toys hung on... More

There is something for everyone here, from old school candies to new ones you've never heard of, and a few foreign candies. It was fun to just look around and bring back some memories. Pricing was as expected at a specially store.

If your looking for candy from the Good Old Days, that bring back memories of penny candy and zero bars, flying saucers, wax lips and many other candies that a lot of us remember from the 50's and. 60's This is your place. A little pricey but fond memories are worth it.

A nice little candy shop, with a great selection of candies, taffy, and sodas. This was a nice choice to pick up a little something sweet after our lunch. This is a nice addition to Baltimore Street, and is a great place to treat yourself. Next time we are in Gettysburg, we will return!

So glad we stopped by this shop! Wide selection of candies and sodas. Some collector items too. Enjoyed the music played in the shop too. Would go again next time we visit.
