We stopped in for a quick lunch at Luke's and weren't disappointed. The food was tasty, the owner was there bussing tables. He buys locally when possible and that's important to us. The hamburgers are big enough to share.

very good food. their hamburgers are huge and it appears the buns are homemade (made in restaurant. eat here if you can. baked beans are delish. food is filling too.

We would have missed this great food place if we hadn't spoken with a women from the area. She recommended it as "one of the best" in Gettysburg, and she was right! So glad this place opened up & doublely glad that its right next to bluebrick gallery! This is American food done right. Forget the cheesey chain restaurants & their canned soups & prepackaged ingredients. Luke's uses family recipes & buys many ingredients locally. Had Mac & cheese as recommended by a patron; family ordered slaw dog, burger, and egg salad sandwich - all very good. Place very clean, 50's colors and look like coke red and white.
