The home made ice cream was fine, but I actually prefer Ben & Jerrys, Carvel or other premium brands. Even Friendlys or Turkey Hill would give this ice cream a run for its money. Staff was friendly and there was indoor seating.

Delicious ice cream! The waffle cones are homemade and fantastic! Service is friendly and efficient. Lots of great flavors!

Great Ice Cream and the prices were really good. Parking is hard but you can park in the school next to them. Place was well decorated in and out love the old house with new feeling. Fun for the kids playing with the rings and nice table areas. Please have an Ice Cream here.

It's not often you can take a family of six anywhere for under $25 but we managed it at Mr. G's. Three large shakes, two one-scoop waffle cones and one large root beer float later and we were some happy travelers. The ice cream was delicious and the servings were generous and we didn't need a loan.

We always frequent Mr. Gs after a school event.....gotta love their homemade ice cream! The raspberry and pina colada are the best!

I live in Gettysburg, and I took my granddaughter here for ice cream the first time she visited after their grand opening. Now Mr. G's is a must stop for her each time she is here. Delicious ice cream and friendly staff. Located in a beautiful, historic bldg.

So many ice cream shops in Gettysburg, we chose this one for convenience as we walked by. Shop was clean and attractive, in a Civil War building. Staff was very pleasant and helpful for a group of 6 teen and two adults. The ice cream was fabulous.

We stopped in for ice cream after dinner and it was delicious!!!!!! The butter pecan ice cream in a waffle cone was some of the best I've ever had! We loved it! And... the best idea ever- a mini marshmallow in the bottom of the waffle cone to keep the ice cream from dripping out the bottom!
