Cool little place, nice atmosphere.

Extensive menu, quick friendly service, tasty food and beverages. It was a good place to grab dinner. Cool atmosphere with lots of historical memorabilia on the walls. We would go back.

After all the day's war history, it was a novel twist for the guy's trip (son, brother-in-law and nephew). Sports related, but "Gettysburg Eddie" has his own history. Nothing exceptionally fancy or great, but, adds variety in an otherwise dominated, themed area. Burgers and Baskets and such are the menu fare.

Gettysburg Eddies is a place that everyone is comfortable visiting. It's a great place to meet after work for drinks or for a quick lunch with pals. The menu is eclectic, and includes burgers, sandwiches, and big salads. There is a full bar with an astonishing array of beer, and mixed drinks if you are so inclined. The bar is... More

While roaming around Gettysburg we came upon Gettysburg Eddie's. The entire experience was pleasant. The wait staff were helpful and friendly. The food was very good and the portions were large enough that you did not leave feeling hungry. This is a must try.

We ate here for dinner when the place was packed. Surprisingly we were seated quickly by a friendly hostess. Atmosphere is pub-like. Baseball/pub decor. Menu options varied - burgers, salads, steak, pasta and more. I enjoyed the chili as an entree rather than a starter. It was served at perfect temperature with just enough kick to keep it interesting. Quite... More

I had scoped out some places to eat on Steinwehr ave since we were going to be visiting museums on that street. This restaurant was in the perfect location. I called 1.5hrs ahead to see if they could fit us in and it was no problem. Even though the upstairs banquet room was already booked, they fit our Boy Scout... More

last time we were in Gettysburg our family devoured a lunch and a dinner at Gettysburg Eddies. Both our teenage boys filled up on the good sized portions and my wife and I enjoyed a good beer with our meal. We will be going back to Gettysburg Eddies next time we are in town!

I have been here many times, particularly as a youngster coming to the town to see the battlefields. I love sports, especially baseball, and it's fitting that at one of the world's foremost historical sights, there is a sports bar. As a sports/history buff you must forgive me if I'm a little biased. I loved the food, and the burgers... More

We walked here from our hotel, expecting an ordinary lunch. We were so very pleasantly surprised. My husband ordered the filet sandwich and said it was the best he'd ever eaten. My two teenage children and I all ordered variations of the club sandwich. They were beyond belief. Huge sandwiches, stuffed with meat. So delicious, we only wished we were... More

Crab and Shrimp Bisque with a shot of sherry ..... Heavenly! Our server Steve was attentive without hovering. Do yourself and a favor and stop in for a meal.
