We ate here for a late morning breakfast. The crepes were good, no complaints about the food quality, but the service was horrendous. The tables were about one third full, and our waitress actually looked annoyed that she had to serve us. The restaurant owner sat at a table in the middle of the restaurant, opening his bills and mail,... More

Having visited the cemetery, we stopped in the town for a light lunch and noticed that this place was busy, so we decided to try it out. It has a diner type feel to it, but with pictures of France around the place. We ordered some light snacks and drinks. The drinks came quickly and as I had ordered cake... More

This was my second time venturing to the Cafe. I live here so I am a little ashamed to say that ive only been here two times. The first was for breakfast and that was yummy and then I went for lunch and discovered the "crêpe". Ohhh eemmmm ggggeeeee!!! Heaven in my mouth! I had a bacon and egg white... More

Needed a good meal to start the Saturday and had read about this place here on Tripadvisor. Two of us had the croque-madame and it was flat out delicious, a very generous portion, and relatively inexpensive. Would have come again on Sunday but our day started too early but we could see people lined up waiting for it to open... More

We didn't originally plan to eat here, but after finding out a few other places in the square had a two hour wait we walked to this place. We didn't have reservations, but they got us a table anyway. I order the pork medallions and they were amazing. Meals were delicious and they were not overpriced. Two people and we... More

My first, but not last, experience in a French Restaurant for breakfast. We ate breakfast on our way out of Gettysburg and it was really really good. The crepes were simply amazing. You can be sure, I'll eat there again when we are in the area.

First time here. Hubby and I went for lunch. Food was fresh and delicious. He had a chicken caesar salad, I had a tuna melt on rye. Service was good. It is in downtown Gettysburg so close to many things. I just didn't find it as French and atmospheric as other diners did. Maybe if you go for dinner in... More

I have eaten here every time I'm in Gettysburg since I found it in 2011. The prices are good for the excellent food quality. $10 will get you a great breakfast crepe and some coffee. I would eat here for any meal. Everything is fresh and every dish I have tried has been great. The service has been wonderful every... More

Six of us popped in for breakfast before touring the battlefield. It was a lovely experience. We all ordered different dishes, from savory to sweet. While it was not quite France (I was there four months ago), it was a nice change from diner breakfasts, which I also enjoy. The coffee was excellent, and that says something. I usually don't... We ate dinner at Cafe Saint-Amand one of our nights in Gettysburg. It was just a block or 2 from the traffic circle/square and our hotel. I have to disagree with the reviews that led us there. I have traveled in Paris and it didn't remind me of the wonderful food or atmosphere I found there. I ordered the Pork... More
