While in Gettysburg we chose Cafe St Amand for our first evening dinner and we were not disapointed. The space is comfortable and cozy, the service was attentive and the food was excellent. I had the tomati bisque which was a very generous sized bowl while my husband had a beautiful house salad. They also brought a nice warm loaf... More

We waited outside for a bit for this restaurant to open this past Sunday morning. It was well forth the wait! Delicious coffee to start. I had fruit crepes and my husband had the french toast. Both were so fresh, homemade and absolutely Delicious! Highly recommend for breakfast.

This small restaurant had surprisingly good food. It is a BYOB location so bring your drink with you. If you forget, there are a couple of winery stores withing two blocks of the restaurant. The restaurant will uncork and provide glasses for the wine. The bread served served was unusually tasty and the staff were generous with serving more than... More

Food was great and so was the service. Friendly atmosphere. Had the Croque Madame on a Sunday. Everyone around me seemed very pleased with their meals.

This was a surprise to me. It's on a busy street in Gettysburg but isn't garish in its signage. It's like a secret for those of us lucky enough to stumble upon it. A lovely crepe menu and a great breakfast menu. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Staff seem to want everyone to have a great experience. Don't miss it... More

Cafe Saint-Amand has always been a breakfast destination for us. The crepes are very good and you'd be hard pressed to find anything like it anywhere else in Gettysburg. You can choose from fruit filled or meat and cheese filled crepes of varying types. You can also get a delicious traditional breakfast if crepes aren't your thing. We also recommend... More

Very comfortable and nice wait staff. Food is nicely prepared and there is a good selection. Large portions for the price and lots of attention to detail.

We had lunch at the Cafe Saint - Amand in Gettysburg September 11, 2014. I had the French onion soup with 1/2 sandwich which was delicious. My wife had a roast beef croissant sandwich, we both had a beverage and the bill was less than $20 plus tip. The food was good and was well worth the tariff. The next... More

Every now and then when I visit mom up in Gettysburg, we try to have breakfast here. We love the French toast and the crepes. We have also eaten here for lunch too. The food is good, the service is good, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. My mom tried the Eggs Florentine which includes poached eggs. Her eggs... More

My friend and I met the owner the evening before we ate at the restaurant for breakfast. He happened to own the cigar shop a short distance from the restaurant. He was very friendly and told he owned the restaurant and it was the best in town. We checked out the menu and decided to give it a try. I... More
