Great setting; average food

The setting is beautiful; the food is average and prices above average.More of a convenient place to meet friends for drinks and snack than a dinner destination.

It may look nice, but it is horrible. Food & beverage low quality & everything is terrible, from the service to the management is unprofessional, especially the general manager B***. Good luck if bother to complain. Food served cold that should be hot for example & he couldn't care less. I will never go back there, it was such an... More

My wife and I went to the restaurant which has a beautiful setting. We started by ordering a picture of Sangaria. The Sangaria only had one lemon and lime in the entire picture, no fruit. Disappointing! My wife had risotto that tasted burn, which they took back and took the item off the bill. I had pasta and clams which... More

I desperately want to love this restaurant. I would even settle for liking it. Unfortunately, it is consistently dreadful. Yet, I still go back, hoping it will be better. The facility is lovely. The setting is gorgeous. It is centrally located for my family. It’s a walk away from the Turtle Back Zoo and a lovely path around the reservoir.... More

Atmosphere wonderful. The servers DO NOT check the food that is being served to the customers. If you go after Sunday Brunch ... All food is recycled, not fresh and you order al la carte from the menu. No one checks anything. Waiters just say, this is what I got from the kitchen. Really? What do we tip on ...... More

The place is great looking. I can see the bar being the big draw, especially in the winter when there's a big fire in the huge fire place. I wish it had been nice out and we could have eaten outside. Inside looked beautiful but it is very loud and I was unable to hear people across the table. Our... More

We had a very nice dinner overlooking the lake. Our server Erin was very friendly. The food was very good and reasonably priced. They have a walking path circling the lake which connects to a mini golf course and Turtle Back Zoo. You can also walk down to the Swan Boat Rides on the lake. They have both inside and... More

My husband and I went for brunch and sat outdoors overlooking the water. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The seafood was delicious. We had clams oysters shrimp and mussels. You get a glass of missosa with the brunch juice soda is included. They have an omellett stayion, waffles which was delicious bacon and so much more. The staff that I... More

We had no plans for 4th of July and were looking for somewhere to take our son and his girlfriend where we could sit outside and have dinner. We had had a couple bad experiences at the McLoone's in West LongBranch but figured we would give this one a try. Called ahead and I was told the place was no... More

This restaurant is enormous with a huge dining room, deck and bar. It is great for large parties. It has a huge menu with lots of seafood and sandwiches. I had a salad with shrimp. The salad was better than the shrimp. My companions liked their sandwiches, a ham panini and a blt. Families will do well with the kids... More
