We visited there yesterday while at the hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, just across the street. For a small place, the service was very good considering how many people were there from the hospital, both staff and visitors. The food was great and the prices were moderate. I think it is a lot better than the hospital cafeteria if... More

Upon first glance there was a long line of people waiting inside Potbelly. Since I am not patient enough to wait, I suggested we go somewhere else, however, my friend said, "oh, it's always like that". We went inside and waited on the line that moved rather quickly. A server was at the line taking our order and answering questions... More

Delicious food, affordable yet decent prices, the vibe is magnificent, the food is very healthy, and it was prepared quickly. Honestly great place. Plus it's a perfect getaway if your in the hospital (located across the street).

A sandwich shop that is adequate, nothing outstanding (depends on your taste) but if you are a patient or family staying at the Penn Towers and you do not want to walk or take a bus or taxi it is OK and if the weather is inclement it is better than OK it is almost a G-d send.

Even If you are in hurry and you are going to die from famine, Do not come here. Greasy food. Unfriendly staff. Low quality food. It is best to go and find a better place than wasting your money.

Just a simple sandwich shop, but their food was delicious. Warm, toasted bread, condiments how you want them, and good meat options. The atmosphere had a retro/homey feel to it. My husband raved their Italian sub was the best he's ever eaten.

I am a huge fan of Potbelly sandwiches, so when I found myseld waiting an hour for a train out of University City at dinner time, I headed straight over. There were 6 people ahead of me in line, but three employees behind the counter. The trouble came when there were a few smoothie and chilly orders which the cashier/bagger... More

We were visiting a patient at University of PA Hospital and saw Potbelly's across the street. Delicious sandwiches, reasonable prices, friendly staff and fast service. We tried the mushroom melt, chicken salad and grilled chicken with cheddar sandwiches - all delicious and fresh. The salads looked great too, large and fresh.
