Delicious and not-so-small plates

Great atmosphere. We sat upstairs. The swinging chairs are nice, but not comfortable to sit in. We moved to the booth instead. It's called tapas, but you'll definitely be eating more than small plates. We ate the following: Grilled Octopus Quinoa Chicken Lettuce Wraps For two big guys, we did... read more

I'm new to the Philadelphia area and I was looking for a place to celebrate my 24th Birthday. Working in Center City, everyone I met always recommended Continental to me. They raved about the drinks, food, and atmosphere. With that bit of knowledge I decided to go here with a group of four. We went on a busy weekend day,... More

We were recently visiting Philadelphia for a family reunion / 2 birthday celebrations. The restaurant was recommended by our hotel. 2 members of our party were celebrating birthdays, and we'd called ahead to make sure that something would be done over dessert (candles, etc.), as had our hotel. The restaurant just totally dropped the ball... Imagine how a 9 year... More

This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The only nice thing was the lighting and the seating. It was an interesting place. Now let's get to how awful it was.... The waiter, Brady, was very arrogant. He barely even spoke to us and when he did, we couldn't really hear or comprehend what he was... More

The first problem was the waiter who was barely talking. He was nowhere to be found for most of our time there. The food was sub par. Many items looked interesting. The dishes were not well portioned. Everyone had to order two dishes a piece and we were still not filled. It is considered family style eating but I ordered... More

Between the four of us, we shared hummus & pita bread, lobster mac n cheese, veal meatballs, BBQ chicken quesadillas, roasted octopus and Korean pork tacos. It was all delicious! I also had the Socialite champagne cocktail x 3, and it was perfect. The service was very attentive. Unbelievably reasonably priced. We can't wait to go back.

A meal pretty good and very reasonably priced as close to the center of Philadelphia. Sandwiches well served from 6-8 USD.

Went looking for food late near our hotel. Funky nice setting. Two of us shared three plates and took back a lot of food to our room. Everything was delicious. Only complaint was that the music was too loud for conversation.

Great food. I was very surprised and the chicken sandwich with house salad was yummy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for lunch.
