Stopped in on a Friday night with no reservation and we immediately got a table for four. Lots of options in the menu and nice pre-meal bread choices. I had the local chicken which was very simply prepared with somewhat stringy broccoli rabe; my dining partners seemed to like their food. The server was friendly and helpful and we were... More

So far been there several times and never been disappointed with anything. I just wish I could eat all of that creative freshness more often :)

I loved having a seat by the window, and having a great meal, replete with three courses, by myself as a single traveler, without feeling strange. The atmosphere, wine choice, and dinner menu was outstanding!

I had the vegan Mega Dose of Vegetables and it was SO GOOD! I was in heaven. My husband had the crab cakes as an entree with a veggie side. The crab cakes were lumpy crab with little filler - the best I've seen. As always, the BYO Wine is really nice. It is our "go to" restaurant in Old... More

Farmacia has an interesting menu and interesting wine and beer list with a good happy hour(s) policy. They will also do BYOB. Waitstaff is professional and pleasant.

Visited Farmicia for lunch with a friend. The place wasn't very busy, but the service was certainly lacking. Ordered a burger cooked medium well. It arrived with a cool pink center. I sent it back and it took 15 minutes to return. The server never checked back to see if I was satisfied with the replacement or if the rest... More

Been here several times but have not reviewed until now. Love the crusty bread and herbed butter that starts things off. Their appetizer of capers, white anchovies, marinated mushrooms, olives, water cress, and their own oven dried tomatos is very tasty. I feel like I am in a rut when I go here because I always order the same thing... More

Always looking for a fun place for brunch. Tis is it. Good food, fun atmosphere. Good service. A great way to dine after digesting the Times in the morning.

Elegant and relaxed, transformed from a converted firehouse. Everything was done well. Service and food well above normal. Wide ranging menu with a fun bar.... plus BYO option! Relaxed elegance. Definitely coming back. Parking next door... everything works.
