Top floor of Hyatt at the Bellevue... very good service... wide variety of choices at breakfast buffet... continental breakfast would have been sufficient but adding American option allowed for omelette with choice of fixings, bacon, sausages, potatoes. Nice!

We visited XIX for a group New Years Eve dinner, based on a couple of good experiences over the past few years. Alas - not this time. Our server, Max, was on top of things. Very friendly and efficient - but the kitchen let him down. We had a 9:30 seating and were served our main course at 11:54. Very... More

Had a awesome New Years Evening drink here with my boo. It was late so it wasn't crowded. The view of the city at night was amazing. The fireplace and the ambiance was heavenly. Daniel is a great bartender. Very attentive.

We ate at XIX - nineteen for lunch and chose the lunch special. We enjoyed all three courses, however, the main dishes that we ordered (fish and steak), although quite tasty and cooked perfectly, were smaller portions than we would have liked. The first and third courses are buffet style: the first course (salads, cheeses, lunch meats, etc.) offered a... More

6 tea options: 2 black, 2 decaf, 2 herbal. Had to ask for champagne, was never offered more tea, the menu was snatched from my hands, waitress never brought the strawberries or the check after 75 min. Service was awful. The pastries with the flat rate tea service was mediocre at best. For 2 people, the bill was $77--not worth... More

XIX is a very nice romantic restaurant. Reservations were easy as well as parking. When we arrived, we were told we could sit earlier if we wished to be on the balcony. A fantastic suggestion as it was perfect weather and highly romantic. Prices were very reasonable. We had drinks before dinner and the bar was a bit loud but... More

A hidden treasure atop the Bellvue hotel. Reasonable lunch fare in quiet elegant atmosphere. It is easy to have dessert for starters. A full table of pies, chocolate mousse & other delights. Ok they have fruit for the less inclined. Oh, the entrees are delicious & service wonderful if you care about those things

Ate dinner at XIX once many years ago (and it was first rate), but go back often for the bar. The space at the top of the Bellevue is a gorgeous room with tons of charm and character. Enjoy cocktails there in the romantic booths with great views of the city (which looks a lot better at night). Definitely worth... More

Girls weekend in Philly and had such a lovely time at XIX. The food was delicious... Especially the eggs/crab Benedict ... But, never felt rushed... Enjoyed several cups of coffee and enjoyed the lovely atmosphere with friends. Definitely a wonderful place to go for an upscale brunch.
