I usually don't like eating "hotel food," because it's often overpriced and generally unimpressive — think of the hotel as means for a great view from XIX dining room. We had excellent cocktails, seafood and wine; paired with a great view of the Philadelphia skyline. The local oysters were served with basalmic reduction and Bloody Mary cocktail sauce + horseradish.... More

Lunch was $22 per person for a single dish, but all you can eat salad & dessert bar. The salad bar has about 6 premixed, interesting salads, like kale & strawberry, bulgar and asparagus, etc. there are several nice cheeses and crackers. The desserts are nicely displayed, cookies, parfaits. The past choice was very good. The flatbread was not my... More

Ok maybe it's literally the Top. It's on the 19th floor with amazing views of the city. Excellent seafood. Expensive but what a room and service like it's supposed to be. Fabulous in every way. This is a gem that Philadelphians forget to eat at. It has the nicest cozy bar on the same floor. Most romantic spot in the... More

This bar was the top level of our hotel so we had a drink there several evenings. It was so beautiful and offered great service! Sunsets were amazing and it had an unbeatable city view.

The room is elegant with a spectacular view. Breakfast was the only meal we had in XIX, and it was just fine. Nice buffet selection in addition to menu items. The waitstaff was very, very attentive and courteous. Compared to other "less classy" venues, I was surprised by the value. Will go there again, for sure.

I very much liked the selection of food (appetizers especially!) I ordered the meat & cheese tray and calamari appetizer. I was bewildered AND embarrassed when my waiter announces

Guess we expected more with regard to this architecturally special space. The domed ceilings and vistas of Philadelphia are incomparable. Somehow the "Brasserie" décor with bare tables and the absence of a dress code diminished the milieu. The service was very slow...sat for 15 minutes before I got a wandering manager to order drinks. Despite the above mentioned disappointments, the... More

My wife and I enjoyed the wide selection of breakfast foods, fresh coffee and great view from the top of the Hyatt at the Bellevue. An excellent value.
