Great Falafel

I'm from Israel and know my falafel. While I am sure you can find better in other parts of the world, you won't go wrong here. It's great for vegetarians.

If you are in the market for a falafel, want to get your fill of vegetables and accouterments, this place is for you. Try the fried eggplant in your sandwich. And french fries are good too. But that's it. You can't really order anything else.

Basically Moaz is take-out buffet salad bar. It is quick and good. One can jazz up the entre with several sauces and on or dressings. You get what you pay for. Kind of luncheonette. Would not recommend eating there, though there is nothing wrong with that option, if you prefer.

Small little place. This was my first falafel and my daughter took me here. Very nice young man waited on us. Explained what all was offered. It was delicious. Wasn't sure if i would like it or not, but well worth it. Priced great and everything made to order. I would definitely go again. we had been to the Franklin... More

A perfect place for an inexpensive and vegetarian lunch in Philly. Also a nice walk from the convention center.

We had good falafel, hummus and various salads here. Very like an Israeli street-side food stand, although the quality and taste of the food didn't quite match. Worth a stop for a quick bite.

it's hip, it's veggie, it's fun... but the best deal is the falafel salad! sure you get access to the tasty delights whether you get a sandwich of salad - but with the salad you actually have space for it all!!! the fries are tasty and, every time I've been there, have been made fresh to order. Prices are great!... More

Maybe the least hip looking place on Walnut St., but the falafel and chips (French or Belgian fries as they're listed on the menu) are really good. You come in, order from menu of 5-6 variations of falafel with or without humus or eggplant, a soda or water, and about a dozen toppings or add-ins for the falafel-cole slaw, finely... More

Love it - fresh - usually fast unless there's a line - many toppings and wonderful garlic dressing, YUM!
