We made a reservation for 8-10 people, and arrived with 13 on a very busy night. The staff were extremely accommodating, setting up a private upstairs room for us, carrying extra furniture and place setting up there for us. Food was good, service was good too. If you like Spanish Tapas, this is a great place to go, especially if... More

Date night at Tinto was wonderful. The atmosphere was cozy and casual while still being special. The food was delicious. There was not a dish we did not enjoy. Our waitress was very attentive without being annoying, which can be easy with a tapas style menu. The manager approached our table to ask how everything was, which we always appreciate.... More

By the descriptions on the menu, I probably would not have chosen to order a single item that was on our tasting menu if it was an ala carte evening, simply because everything on this Spanish inspired menu seemed at least a little outside my comfort zone. However I tried and enjoyed every single dish an usually went for seconds...... More

Wanted to try something new in Philly and based on the recommendation of a friend decided on Tinto since we love Spanish food. Ordered the red sangria along with many different Tapas which included Albondigas, Mixto Charcuterie and Aged Manchego, Figs, Duck, Pork Belly, Prawns. All were very good. Had very attentive wait staff, was good for family but would... More

We only went here for drinks while waiting for our table at Village Whiskey to become available but the staff were extremely nice and helpful and the house chardonnay at $7.50 a glass was very good indeed. Nice selection of wines, beers etc.

What an excellent meal! The restaurant was very busy. We were seated downstairs and it was much more romantic. Food was outstanding. Ordered the chef tasting and I promise you will not leave hungry. Highly recommend this place!

We arrived on a Saturday evening (reservations had been made in advance) and the restaurant was packed! After a very short wait at the bar, we were seated. We selected numerous plates and they were all beautifully presented and most important, delicious! Noise level was acceptable as we were able to carry on a conversation easily.

The food can be a bit pricy, well worth it. We usually dine on the tapas with friends and a bottle from their wonderful selection. The services is quick, efficient and friendly. The pork belly sandwich with pears, wrapped figs and lamb with eggplant our some of the wonderful small plates we gravitate towards.

I have been eating dinner at Tinto for years. It is our family favorite, the place we choose whenever we want a truly special night out. We live about 45 minutes outside Philly, and if we're going to Philadelphia for dinner, we're usually going to Tinto. Over the years, we have never been disappointed. The staff is professional and friendly,... More

Food was great. Great authentic wine list. A bit pricier than Amada but food was also a bit better than Amada. Waiter recommended the octopus which was very good. Also ordered the Wagu steak entree but the portion was very small for the price. Nonetheless, it was cooked to perfection and tasted great.
