Delish!

Gritty, in your face staff and customers and delicious sandwiches and fries. This play deserves the hype! A must if you're in Philly.

I have been going here for years passing through on business trips to DC. It is right off 95 on the Oregon ave exit and next to a gas station. No bathroom inside so wash hands in advance. In my opinion the pork with broccoli rabe is the best option. Moist and spicy, the sharp cheese costs extra but 100%... More

In the battle between Pat's and Geno's the winner is Tony Luke's. Great roll, lots of quality meat, overall the best. We stop here whenever we get the opportunity.

Stopped here to try Tony Luke's cheesesteak, and we were very impressed! Nice, thick, juicy, and tasty meat. Also got the chicken cutlet which was juicy as well as being seasoned perfectly. Great comfort food, and they have much better customer service than other cheesesteak joints in Philly in my opinion. Must try!

This place is rockin on Saturday afternoons but the food is so good. The steak itself is the best Ive ever had. Practically no fat or connective tissue. Just high quality, flavorful meat. Took two for the road since they were so good!

Best Philly Cheese Steak winner is Tony Luke's. However, this rating is only for the Tony Luke's in Philly on Oregon. Other Tony Luke locations are just not as good. Don't limit yourself to only the steak sandwich - we also enjoy the pork, chicken cutlet and broccoli rabe sandwiches.

If you're wanting a cheesesteak or hoagie go here. Forget about that slop they serve at Pat's and Gino's. There's no line for a superior eat.

As a native South Philadelphian, I scratch my head wondering why so many tourists go to Pat's Steaks (or Geno's across from Pat's). It's such a tourist trap. Any South Philadelphian will tell you to go to the original Tony Luke's at 39 East Oregon Avenue (by Front St). Where is this, you ask? Exactly. Tourists don't go here. Plug... More

I went to Philly to try all of the cheeses teak places. I started at Toni Lukes. This was the best of the three. Fresh buns and try the broccoli rob. It really is great.

I've tried most of the famous cheesesteaks in Philly. This one is good, but not the best one I've tried. I got the cheesesteak with peppers and onions and provolone cheese. I like that it wasnt very greasy and it was a good quality of meat. However, it wasn't the most flavorful cheesesteak i've ever had. Its definitely good- just... More
