Tavern 17 was great. Everything Fran recommended was great on food and drinks. If you go to the Tavern ask for Fran she will steer you in the right direction.

The right server makes all the difference. Ask for Ann or Theresa, they are warm and responsive, quick to help and have a ' can-do" approach.

He makes every trip to Philly worthwhile. We go here for happy hour and for Mike. If you haven't engaged him in conversation and you like sarcastic with, you should definitely stop by. We do every visit.
