Unique flavors and great quality. We are regulars and love finding new flavors everytime we visit. Almost like being in Italy.

Capogiro has a wide variety of flavors, mostly tasty. I came with my sisters last summer, and we were excited to try the "No.1 gelato in the world." Whoever was working that day seemed annoyed when we asked for samples, although we only asked for 2! In the end, we tried the avocado, lime, dark chocolate, and tiramisu. They had... More

A good variety of interesting flavors. While this gelato is very flavorful, it seemed to fall somewhat short of greatness in texture and creaminess. Still, it is a tasty treat.

One of the best in the USA, they let you taste everything. The Pistachio is the best. The Hazelnut and pecan also great. Can't go wrong here.

Great selection of gelato and tasting/combinations's are encouraged. Good sized portions too. Recommendations for visitors ---- Philly seems to have a growing homeless/beggar population where it's almost impossible to walk on the street without being propositioned for spare change. Just be aware in case you want to eat outside almost anywhere in the city.

Absolutely loved the Thai coconut! And of course all of the chocolate variations that were found here.

Very unique flavors, huge breadth of choice, traditional (e.g. hazelnut) and diverse combos that I would have never expected (e.g. mango champagne). Portions are well sized, and you're allowed as many taste samples as you'd like!

Walking into this gelateria, you know you're about to experience something extraordinary! Yes, they have different cones and bowls, tr vehicle for the gelato. For the mere fact that they offer different flavors makes it worth the money spent.. Amish Milk, Thai Basil, wasabi.... Then the standards... Nocciola, stracciatella, Nutella, tiramisu .... Stephanie CourtneyIt's just like being in Italy.... Highly... More

Finally stopped in to try Capogiro last weekend. My husband and I shared three flavors of gelato: cioccolato scuro (a seriously dark chocolate), stracciatella (milk gelato with dark chocolate slivers), and avocado (vegan!). I was impressed by what a rich, luscious experience and 'mouthfeel' it provided, given that gelato by definition is less fatty/creamy than traditional American ice cream. The... More
