Looking for gelato-- try this one.

Yummy gelato-- had the dark chocolate and a small was big enough. Delicious. Would like to try all the flavors.

I have been here a few times. I think the product has been diluted. It use to be very good, now it's not. The flavors are muted compared to other places.

Capogiro is " crazy good" and ranks as my best gelato every anywhere including Italy. I have traveled several time to Italy and enjoying gelato every day of my visits and have never found gelato as good as Capogiro. Flavors cover the standards but have special favors not available elsewhere. Try the insanely dark chocolate!

My family and I have visited here a few times and though the gelato is good it doesn't compare to what we get in Italy. I think that's because the quality and taste of the ingredients especially the milk and fruits is so much better in Italy and because of this difference in taste it's hard to replicate it in... When I saw the accolade saying this place had the best gelato I was sure it was some kind of gimmick. Low and behold, the gelato is actually amazing. I tried to Amish cream base and the peach and they were amazing. Prices are high and I thought the employee that served me had attitude but at the end of... More

It's hard to find good gelato outside of Italy. If you're looking for some in Philadelphia, you really should stop here.

Feeling tired and hungry after a long flight hubby &I I began our search for an Italian restaurant and happen to see this place. From the time we walked in the door until we left (and later in the week returned) we were treated like we were long lost friends. It was late so we ordered salad and sample of... More

Very interesting flavors of gelato made daily on premise..sweet and savory with use of herbs.. You can get 2 scoops up to more so try different varieties. Flavorful biscotti; panini too. Sit in a corner window and people watch at the 13th street location by City Hall.

I went to the chestnut street location (which didn't show up on here?) but I found the gelato and staff to be incredible. The people working were all terribly nice, and the gelato was delicious and in many varieties. Want to come back to try the pizza

Stopped in after dinner, before heading to a concert. This was a great spot. Spent $10+ for 2 small cups. In retrospect, would have bought larger sizes, given the great taste and very small portions. For that price, I would have expected more in each cup. I just read someone said a pint is $11, so that would be a... More
