Sometimes you just want to go out for drinks with friends and no fanfare. This is the place and I liked the food too.

Went here on a Sunday morning for brunch. My husband doesn't love "brunchy" food so we checked online and McFillin's had a hearty Irish breakfast and $3 Bloody Mary special...sold! The Irish Breakfast included eggs, bacon, ham, bangers, potatoes, baked tomato, and toast- very filling! Great atmosphere and our wait staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to get to find,... More

We were very excited to eat at such a long running and historic (in bar terms) pub. The place was packed, which was fun. We got a table right away. Our waitress was very friendly. I ordered the fish and chips which they were out of so I settled on a chicken parm sandwich. My wife got mac and cheese... More

This place had me craving corned beef for 2 weeks after I returned from Philadelphia. I had Tennessee Williams' favorite sandwich and a hard cider on draft - both served with a smile. Good stuff!

We ate dinner upstairs. I had a Philly cheesesteak and my spouse had chicken marsala. Both dinners were excellent and the price was very affordable..

I've been here a couple times, and each time I left feeling happy and full! The first time, was on New Year's Eve, and they had a pot of soup set up for customers. It was free for you to enjoy along with your meal, and let me tell you... on a cold day, with a bustling pub-like atmosphere, that... More

Okay, this is your typical bar. it's really loud, and very dark. the food was not good, and pretty pricey (we are in a city after all). not good for families.

This place is off the beaten path but definitely worth a visit. Great service, great prices, and great food. I will definitely be back.

it was wonderful to go to McGillin's and pay normal prices in the city. I had the Shepard's Pie and it was great. My sister had a delicious burger. I enjoyed the atmosphere of music in a bar, talking to other patrons and a friendly staff. McGillin's is down an alley or street off the beaten path but that is... More

I enjoyed the restaurant. Food was good, cheap, cocktails were affordable. However, the restaurant is located in a backyard street in which some people might feel unconfortable to go. Service was really friendly. We were supposed to join friends however the could come because some children were sick. The personnel of the restaurant got in contact with them to check... More
