Like no other place.

If you are downtown walking around and are tired and need to put your feet up and enjoy a drink in a beautiful, open, timeless space, stop in to the bar at the Ritz. I loved this place. Although the room that I stayed at could use sprucing up, the bar and the lobby of this hotel -- a former bank -- are stunning, the bar tenders and restaurant staff extremely accommodating. I was able to assemble a gluten-free breakfast that was just perfect to my taste. The location can't be beat, either. You... More

Wonderful marble columns, high high ceilings, but lack luster decor. Very mediocre breakfast. Over cooked eggs Benedict, tired croissants, nothing to rave about for the $$$. Service was good, attentive, not their fault. Friends have said very noisy in the evening.

Called in for a drink on Sunday evening on the recommendation of a local for the atmosphere . Yes the place is beautiful and it was packed but there seems to be only one server running the tables . it took 30mins from ordering a drink to actually getting it . Was expecting more from such as high quality hotel... More

What a neat place for a light meal and a drink! If you are not hungry, just stop in and have a drink in the lobby. Business casual and above is the dress of the day in this upper class center of Philadelphia's best hotel in town. The rich and famous stay here and you might get a shot of... More

Right after a show and prior to our dinner reservations at Ruth Chris' Steak House down the street, my wife and I had to kill about 45 minutes, so we decided to have our Salads/Appetizers at The Ritz - since we were attended an engagement party there a year ago. You'll find it very nice and they have a decent... More

You could eat in the restaurant or the lobby bar. Wonderful happy hour with bargain priced small dishes available. It was odd that the only restaurant at the hotel was closed on a Monday night?

The brunch they had for Mother's Day was fabulous!! It was a buffet, but didn't feel like a buffet. It was spread out around the entire atrium of the lobby and presented in many individual size serving plates, cups, ramekins, etc.. There was a huge assortment of different things to eat for all foodies. The price was $85 dollars, so... More

The venue is fine and the staff courteous. The lunch menu is rather limited. My wife had a very well prepared trout while I settled for a simple hamburger. I am always surprised at how many restaurants in Phila that present themselves as a cut above, serve hamburgers and cheesesteaks. The kitchen ought to strive to offer more than what... More
