It's like a food court but the quality matches the variety. Want one of the best pork sandwhich? It's here. Seafood, cheesesteak, pretzels, snacks, dessert, Chinese food, beer garden, it's all here. Try some really fresh food from the Amish. Conveniently located in Center City just East of City Hall and right by the Convention Center. So if you want... More

This place is GREAT! There are plenty of places to eat that will satisfy every taste bud; DiNics, Schmitz', Meltkraft and more. The butchers, creameries and grocery stores are outstanding and the desserts there are amazing! This was a fun place to visit and I was lucky to be in Philly for work and just across the street. As a former New Yorker and now resident of Philly, Reading Terminal Market has always been my favorite place. The diversity of cultures and food types can't be beat. It's a place to mingle and people watch; meander through the aisles and inhale the amazing food, with an emphasis on local and fresh. When the conventions are in town, across... More

This is a great place to go in Philly if you want a range to choose from and you have a group with different tastes. There is something for everyone and the farm stored have great produce as well. I particularly enjoyed the raw milk that you can buy there. A gem.

Been coming to the Reading terminal Market for a number of years. And whenever I find myself in the city, I always try to time my visits so as to have lunch at DiNic's. I particularly like their italian pork sandwiches w/fried sweet peppers. Top that off with a Root beer soda and you have a great meal. The rest of... More

The terminal is a large number of food stalls and restaurtants. There are groceries, meat, fish and prepared fooks to take away and a number of eating establsihments, some with their own tables and others relying on communal tables. No fancy food, though lots of ethinic. Great for lunch or breakfast if you are at a nearby hotel. Can get... More

Many casual food choices under one roof in a market environment. Great for lunch when in philly. Cheese steaks, denials roast beef, deli, Chinese, diner food, chocolates, Termini Italian Bakery and much more. Locals go often and shop for fresh meats, fish, poultry, cheese, vegetables. Fun place to spend a few hours

The market is open from 9 AM - 9 PM. There is an array of food. drinks, etc. Every cuisine is available. It gets very crowded and if this is not your thing: go early.

I love Reading Terminal Market! It's one of the only places to get Amish food in the city. There's also bakeries, candy shops, Thai food, burgers, breakfast, fresh fruits and vegetables all under one roof. It's a great place to shop and I always treat myself to something (usually Amish or Thai) when I'm downtown.
