We took our family of 5 here at Pete's Pizza, after we saw their delivery car cross the street. We just came from the Franklin Institute, and this was perfect place to stop and eat as we walked back to our hotel. The place is clean. Bathrooms are really small, but the women's didn't work. The men's room worked fine,... More

We ate here on our way to Eastern State Penitentiary. The small pepperoni pizza was awesome and perfect size for my wife and me as we were really hungry from our walk from the zoo. I would eat there anytime!

I found out about this place from staff at the Franklin Institute! It has good food - I usually get the vegetable grinder - and my kids have had their cheesesteaks. Well- portioned and reasonable prices. Service was friendly and you can watch the game on Sunday.

Our family of 6 was on our way to the Franklin Institute. Instead of spending a bunch of money on over priced food at the museum we decided to try Pete's. Friendly staff, generous portions, and great prices. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend this restaurant if you want delicious, fast food. We had a cheese pizza,... More

I read some reviews saying that the pizza at Pete's is great, and a lot of reviews to that their pizza was bad. I took a chance when I saw they were offering 2 large pies for $14.99, because I figured "even bad pizza is good, right?" Wrong. My two daughters, ages 5 and 7, rejected the pizza after their... We just found out about Pete's and are loving it! Pizza and sandwiches are fantastic. Have to try some of the other menu items. And, everyone is so hospitable. The on-line ordering is very cool, too. We will definitely be frequenting this place.

We ate here after seeing the Art Museum. The pizza is great and the BBQ wings were also very good. If you are in the neighborhood, try Pete's Special... hold the anchovies.

We decided to visit Pete's since it was close to the Eastern State Penitentiary. They have a large menu with typical italian items with many including philly steak. Pizza with steak, stromboli with steak, steak sub, etc. I had the Pete's stromboli with steak and it was excellent. Sliced steak, tomato sauce, and cheese baked into a stromboli. It was... More

I ordered for delivery to the hotel. Quick, good, and just what I needed to fuel up for the bar night ahead.

My husband and I took a short trip to Philadephia this weekend. Our main agenda was to visit Eastern State Penitentiary. We took a day tour and stayed for their Terror Behind the Walls Show (to be reviewed in another post) We were looking for a nice little spot for a quick lunch before the tour. My husband spotted Petes... More
