we sat at the bar for a drink after dinner elsewhere. Service was fine. The location is excellent if you're staying at the Hyatt Bellevue.

Haven't been back here in years but won't make that mistake again. Had a lunch with two great crab cakes. The kind with enough filler to hold together and that is all. Broiled, not deep fried and great sauce. Only complaint was that the iced tea was a little weak.

No matter what city I am in if they Have a Palm restaurant I make it my business to try and get there. I usually will avoid the "name" steakhouses like Ruth's Chris or Mortons as I would rather experience the locally owned restaurants. The Palms is the exception to this.

I recently attended a catered business dinner at the PALM Philly in September. As we were a private group we were served upstairs in a private room as I can not speak of décor or ambiance on main level. Upstairs servers were prompt with the wine, water , sodas and hors d'oeuvres. Crab/mushroom was very tasty. Filet Mignon was perfectly... More

A beautiful, dark wood, classic atmosphere. Very personal service. Not stuffy. Burger sliders, clams casino, lobster tempura - bar appetizers - all fabulous. Nice wine list. Just a bit pricey from my suburbian point of view, but you are in Center City Philadelphia, and you are at a 5 star restaurant!

Took the family for a nice dinner before going to the theatre. Everyone's meal was very tasty and well prepared. The service was timely, but not rushed. Great way to start an evening.

As part of the Forbes Under 30 Summit, the finance sub-group dinner was scheduled at The Palm. The nook of the restaurant where 30-40 of us were assigned to be seated on 3 tables was very tightly packed making movement - for both the guests and the wait staff difficult. Nevertheless, the waitstaff kept the breadbasket full, took orders quickly,... More

We're members of the 837 Club of the Palm chain, but haven't been to the one in Philadelphia in some time, but decided to try it again, and the evening started great. I can't tell you how marvelous the service was because it was absolutely wonderful. From our greeting at the door, throughout the meal, and then as we left... More

I had been at the palm a few times in the past other then it being grossly overpriced the basics lobster - steak how can you screw up on a lobster unless you boil it in water thus draining any flavor from the Devine crustacean . I had a desire to check out the happy hour and to my surprise... More
