Very good, highly recommend

I ate here with my son to celebrate his first big job offer, and I insisted on our sharing their “summer lobster special”, a 4 lb lobster with sides for $99, as I had shared this with my wife at another Palm location recently. We enjoyed our dinner together and the lobster was very good, however it... read more

Staff seemed attentive at first then faded to almost zero service. Lobster was like really expensive cardboard if you enjoy eating that. All sides were good so was bread and company.

Most diners at The Palm are return customers, which says much about its appeal. Their signature and best dishes are traditional steakhouse fare. We recently dined with friends and had a wonderful time. Great service and terrific atmosphere. Yes, it is pricey, but worth it.

We are regular customers of the Palms (Palm, Palm Too, Palm Tree) in NYC. We have been always satisfied with both the food and the service. So, early October, when we were in Philadelphia and were looking for a steakhouse I was delighted to see that there was also a Palm in the city. I immediately booked a table. I... More

I took a group to the Palm in Philly for a business dinner. We reserved a private room for the evening since we had some things to discuss over dinner. The room was very comfortable and the service was quick and attentive, but the food was average at best. I can't say there was anything memorable about the dining experience.... More

The Palm is in a great center city location near many attractions on the Avenue of the Arts. The design is very nice old fashioned dark wood steakhouse. Noise and hectic activity levels can be onerous. This is a good old boys restaurant. The fare remains basically unchanged and most everything is extremely well done. If you are looking for... More

This is a great restaurant -- but it aint cheap. If you're not rich, dining on the expense account, or paying with a gift card, you will suffer sticker shock. My fiancee and I happened to have a generous gift card and we indulged ourselves, spending more than $300 for the two of us, including tip. But we had several... More

I've eaten here 20 times or more and had every family special event here. Great service and really good steaks. The chicken Parmesan is a favorite of ours.

Was at The Palm for a business dinner. The Grey Goose martini with bleu cheese stuffed olives was absolutely fantastic. I had the server order my meal for me and I had the lamb, which was great. Will definitely be back.
