Really cool space, decent food, slow service.

Went here with some friends for dinner recently and wasn't terribly impressed. I think maybe the point is to slowly enjoy your meal but it was really really slow and we were the only ones in there! Food was nothing special and could've used more spice/seasoning. Enjoyed the wine and company but... read more

This is truly my favorite restaurant in Philly. Last time I visited it was with my friends for a girls' night out. The atmosphere and food were both wonderful, as usual. The restaurant was very accommodating. We wanted the Fez Feast, but it is generally to be ordered for the table. One of the ladies in our party is vegetarian,... More

Came here in July for a birthday dinner. Food, Drinks and Atmosphere was wonderful. Place was a little bit empty inside but we took up about 25% of the tables with our group. Belly dancer was fun and exciting.

We ordered a la carte. We started with the three salads. The eggplant is my favorite. The Chicken Bastilla was wonderful. We ordered both chickens, Chicken with olives and Chicken with Harissa sauce. Both were excellent. If you like, try the hookah. We had a lot of fun.

Awesome atmosphere, delish "Fez Feast". $25 gets you a full course meal, during your meal a belly dancer comes out to your table and dances! We had a great time with another couple, and we're there 2 and 1/2 hours.....fun times!!!

Although the interior of the restaurant is gorgeous, the food is disgusting. This is coming from a Moroccan person who have spent half of her life in Morocco, the food this place serves is NOT Moroccan food from the salads and tea to the couscous and bastilla. The dishes have Moroccan names but what you are getting is a cheap,... More

He thought it would be fun to have the 7 course meal. Everything started nicely but each course got worse and worse. The couscous was soggy, the lamb was really dry and the fruit was very bruised. The service was also weak it took a very long time to get water, order and get our bill.

I read the reviews and was worried about food and service. I have to say I am glad we went. I went with a total of 10 people all in our early 40s. It was a great time. We had fun eating with our hands and trying new food, drinking different wines and of course Hookah. There are no plates,... More

This looks like nothing from the sidewalk, and then you open the door and enter a long, dim room resembling a colorful tent with low tables and banquettes -- you are in another culture entirely. The meal starts with the server pouring warm water as you hold your hands over a raised basin. Four of us ordered the "feast", which... More
