Just the ticket for breakfast

In an area populated by 4 star hotels with similarly priced 4 star breakfasts that can run in the over $20 per person range for your basic 2 eggs, toast and coffee- Little Pete's was a find for funky diner type food, reasonable prices and an excellent breakfast. We sat at the counter and had eggs... read more

Low key, down home, comfort diner. I admittedly do not like Philadelphia and all my trips leave me disheartened with the city - but this place won me over. The staff is great, the place is clean and vintagey. The food was delicious! I'm picky about eggs and they did a perfect job!

This was recommended by the hotel (Radisson Blu, across the street). We went the night we arrived for hot chocolate, soup, a bagel, and rice pudding. I was delighted by the U-shaped counter in this tiny corner restaurant. The diner was small but it could hold a fair number of people, with the counter and the tables along the walls.... More

Great food, perfect for Saturday or Sunday breakfasts. We eat here every time we stay over in Philly and have never been disappointed!

Our timing was perfect, mid Saturday morning, in getting seats at this very popular diner. Staff were courteous & friendly, service was prompt, coffee good and food delicioius.

This is a cool little dinner, I am not sure how they do so many great dishes with such a small kitchen. This place only takes cash only but you cannot beat the dinner and lunch specials. I ate here many times. didn't have the same thing twice and all dishes were great. You better go hungry if you get... More

We went to this philly stand-by because it's about to be torn down to make way for a hotel. It's a 24 hour diner without a lot of charm. Food was so-so. lots of better options in the area.

Reliable for a quick fix.. Nothing changes, not even the staff. Hope it will not be torn down for yet another hotel..

After a disappointing breakfast at our hotel we wandered up the road and found the perfect diner experience at Little Pete's. Speedy service good pancakes and eggs. Would suggest abandoning any overpriced hotel breakfasts and just heading here to get filled up before starting the day.
