Great lunch spot, but expect to queue

This is a great old school diner, but with a huge menu. It is clearly a very popular spot as every time I passed there was a queue. Our sandwiches were excellent, and it is very inexpensive. Would recommend for breakfast, brunch or lunch

Went to Petes for bfast yesterday with the wife. Bustling establishment, short wait but attentive floor manager got us seated quickly. Sat at the bar, menu had the basics. Learned what Scrapple was (didnt order it!), we went with an omelet and basic eggs bacon and hash browns. Certainly a decent breakfast, but not some place I would have to... More

I came here with my wife after we had arrived at our hotel, which was across the road. I just wanted some simple, sustaining food after our flight from England. The seating is split between a horseshoe shaped bar with about 12 stools and about 6 four-seat booths. We sat at the bar and water was brought to us, along... More

This was walking distance to our hotel and our family of 4 had a nice breakfast in a homey diner atmosphere. Standard fare and Jewish twist with bagels, lox etc. The service was warm and friendly. We would have gone here again if we were staying for longer.

A local diner that is full of local people, good food well cooked and good service. My coffee cup never quite managed to empty as the staff were keeping it topped up. The food was tasty & good value for money

I love going out to eat in Philadelphia I like high-end restaurants and I like quality expensive food. And I absolutely love a place that serves breakfast at reasonable prices with good quality food and a mix of people. Breakfast for three grapefruit and cornflakes eggs and ham well-done bacon and English muffin 23 bucks

We found a gem in Philly,Jenny our server won my grandsons heart, she remembered his birthday from our first night and made him feel very special, the food is good and a lot of variety. Fantastic bread pudding and they serve breakfast 24 hrs a day.

In an area populated by 4 star hotels with similarly priced 4 star breakfasts that can run in the over $20 per person range for your basic 2 eggs, toast and coffee- Little Pete's was a find for funky diner type food, reasonable prices and an excellent breakfast. We sat at the counter and had eggs, pancakes, sausages, potatoes, etc... More
