My sangria was delicious, and my shrimp tacos were excellent. Fun atmosphere and convenient location!

Fish tacos were great, small soft tortillas, fresh ingredients. We sat at a table for 2 and were barely 6 inches from the next couple, who appeared to be on a first date. Since the noise prevented us from having a conversation, we learned all about our neighbors' lives... But did not enjoy the ambience.

Loved my birthday lunch at Lolita & next time we go, which I hope will be soon, I plan to order the very same thing: Served as is or topped w/ either pork or chicken, Valerie's Salad is a heaping plate of varied glistening greens, packed w/ avocado, beans, corn & cheese, garnished w/ crunchy toasted tortilla slivers & awash... My boyfriend and I were wandering the streets of Philly starving (and slightly hungover), looking for a place to grab lunch. We came across Lolita, checked out the menu and saw most tables full, so figured it must be good! We were promptly greeted with a smile and shown to our table and offered water right away. Our server was... More

Went for a quick lunch with friends and as usual we shared multiple plates. The mango guacamole was delicious and the pepitas added a nice crunch and some butteriness. The Mexican style street corn was great - would of preferred it not to still be on the cob, but it was authentic this way and the flavor was spot on.... More

This modern Mexican restaurant was fantastic! The food was fresh, different and priced well. We had the Salt Roasted Sweet Potatoes as an app, just to die for...and for $5! So are the chips and salsa, different kinds of chips, all made on premises, and 2 kinds of salsa for $5. The sangria was full of fruit pulp and delicious!

I had traveled to Philadelphia to participate in their Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon event last month and found this restaurant not too far from my hotel. I had the fish tacos for my entree. The flavors were amazing. For my appetizer, I got the chips and salsa. Side note - I am NOT a fan of having to pay... More

What a great little Mexican restaurant. Centrally located in the bustling 13th street. We had a superb meal here during Restaurant week were they were running set menu at special prices - 4 course for $35. I would go as far as saying the meal was faultless - the best mexican meal I've had in a long time. Brilliant friendly... More

After reading so many good reviews, was a little disappointed.Thought the margaritas were just ok for the price. The tables were very close together could barely move. My fish tacos were dry.food just didn't impress the 4 of us. Love Barbuzzo and lil nonnas.
