Everything was great except the food. Gnocchi was undercooked. The caesar salad was just that, a caeser salad. They make it at the table and it's all the rage. Not worth the $10 per person for a salad, but by far the best part of the meal. The server took our 80% full plates and asked if we needed boxes.... More

Six of us went for dinner. Most of the tables are downstairs without an elevator, but there are some upstairs. The main area is small, but picturesque, as the walls were bare brick, reflecting the age of the building. Seating was somewhat tight. We had 4 different appetizers and 6 entrees. All of them were very good to excellent. The... More

We visited during a business trip to Philadelphia. We started with the Caesar salad prepared table side. It couldn't have been better. I had the special - osso buco ravioli and my wife had the grouper. Both were perfect. Paired with a nice Super Tuscan and it was one of the finest Italian meals I've had in a restaurant -... More

Not our first time here and it is pretty consistent. Food is good, the prices are fair and service is always great. I had the ravioli and they were light and delicate. They have a really nice wine list and the primotivo was excellent. I might pass on dessert and have an appetizer next time.

We were eight people and the person who had made the reservation asked if we could have separate checks. When we arrived they said they could not; first disappointment. Although the wine was good, very small portion; second disappointment. The food sounded good, but out of eight of us I would say only half enjoyed their meal. Very pricey. They... More

We had the pleasure of dining in tiny wine cellar ! It was superb... Candles, wine, great food, the owners ' home wine, service and best of all my romantic man. He surprised me with this great find!

Based on the reviews I read online, I took a friend of mine here for the Murder Mystery dinner. The restaurant itself has a really nice atmosphere. Once they seated us for the show, the fun started and didn't stop until we left. We had some good conversation with the people at our table, and the employees that were part... More

The menu is plentiful, yet they always have some delicious specials as well. Unbelievable wine list. Next time in PHILA, I will be there to eat again!!! Highly... More

We recently enjoyed dinner in this rustic, old, former granary, restaurant We arrived early for our reservation and enjoyed drinks and complimentary apps at the bar. When our table was ready, we were seated downstairs in a room with exposed brick walls, wooden floors and beams, and wall sconces. We shared an app called mozzarella fritti that included eggplant, fresh... More

My daughter gave us a gift certificate and gave it great reviews. We had reservations and upon entering were escorted to a booth downstairs. It wasn't what we wanted and they came back in 5 minutes and gave us a choice of 2 other locations. Our waitress was Rosie, her service alone made it most enjoyable, she was very attentive,... More
