Murder Mystery

Had a great time for murder mystery. Amateur actors do a great job - thoroughly entertaining. Really had a lot of fun. The food was average for the show but I've ate in the dining room (no show) on previous occasions and the food was excellent. I'd recommend highly.

Had reservations in the private cellar underground. Great romantic location. Started the meal with Dom Perignon and a stuffed mushroom appetizer. Then had a Caesar Salad, Gnocchi Ella, Filet Mignon, Tiramisu and a Lemoncello shot. What a fantastic dinner and evening. Going to Philly? You need to dine here.

We ate here between a workshop and a concert, so we didn't have a lot of time. Our server was great at making sure we got what we wanted and when we wanted it. I had the chopped salad, which is much better than it actually sounds on the menu -- loved it. And the mezza luna (big filled pasta... More

We came for Restaurant Week, which made many restaurants busy, but also necessitating them "wearing their best". We each had a lovely salad, an entree, and a dessert. My girlfriend's entree was well-presented, and fairly large (chicken), but my mahi-mahi an a few cut tomatoes in a large bowl looked terribly lost! Service was OK, but not what I would... More

Given tickets as a gift, and had a lot of fun! Appys were cheese, crackers, veggies & dip and two hot ones at the cocktail hour, then Cesar salad, soup, rolls entrees and dessert.. Some reviews criticized the cast were amateurs....yes, they were cast and servers, if you want pros go to Broadway! They worked hard , were friendly, and... More

A great find in Society Hill, even though the restaurant is a veteran of the Philadelphia dining scene. The food is well-prepared, and there is a wide variety of wonderful Italian selections. The service is excellent.

This is a romantic hotspot! I immediately got a warm and inviting feeling upon entrance into the restaurant. It is quite the hidden gem! We were seated downstairs, which had dim lighting and plenty of tables. They had a place to hang your coat so that you didn't have to stuff it into the booth with you. The server was... More

We hosted our Christmas Party at Bistro Romano. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was the best group I've ever worked with...simply wonderful. Bistro Romano is an excellent restaurant and if you're looking to host a private party they have a private room upstairs that is large and comfortable and just a perfect setting for a group of... DON'T GO! I don't generally write reviews but I do use them to often make my decision about things to do, buy and places to go so I feel obligated to leave this review. I purchased two tickets for the Romano Bistro Mystery Dinner theatre. Expecting a decent event, the 48$/per ticket didn't bother me. The Hors-d'oeuvres were Crackers and... More

I went there to meet some other lady's from my meetup.com group. So I had never been there before. It was a dinner theater we attended and the performers were beginners so I applaud their effort. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. I felt like the food was just ok nothing to write home about. However the company was great. Also I have to say... More
