I've heard so much about this restaurant and was looking forward to the meal. Was very disappointed, the food had no flavor at all, the crab (alaskan) Leg tasted like it was soaked in water. The flounder wasn't done, Just dissappointed will not go again would not reccommend to anyone.

My husband and I were in town for just a few hours. Someone we met recommended this place so we walked a few blocks and it was easy to find. The ladies inside were so welcoming but the decor was outdated the place seems run down. We opted to stay because if the waitresses' friendliness. The staff was very attentive.... More

My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant as well as the staff in it's entirety! Each time we've come, we've not been disappointed. We generally get the Jumbo & XL Crabs as well as the crab soup and Linguine with Clam Sauce. The crabs are fresh, hot and delicious. Just one thing I want to add is plan to... More

I liked this place. The food was good. It was a nice place. The wait staff was friendly. I suggest making reservations. We didn't and were placed in a back room all by ourselves.

The sign for the place is a bit misleading, and the entrance can be easily over looked. It is next to a parking garage and so it all sort of blends together in this obscure block of Race Street. BUT look for the open red doors; once inside you are absorbed by life at sea. The host(ess) will great you... More

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at DiNardo's. We're glad you enjoyed the stuffed flounder and the "beautiful Kim" enjoyed her seafood salad. We appreciate the insight into your experience of our family business of 38 years. We hope we'll see you again soon! Sincerely, Liz Massimo More

Just had my birthday dinner here and I was disappointed. I came exclusively for the crabs which were very expensive $10 each for the large size which were tasty but not too large. The food came out at different times and the waitress took forever to bring condiments. For the money we spent here, we could have gone out to... More

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant because the service was poor. We only ordered entrees, yet we waited for over an hour to receive them. The server explained that the kitchen had erroneously made steamed mussels instead of steamed clams, resulting in the long wait. We also had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time to receive our... More

We stopped here for dinner because we wanted crab. The restaurant sat us promptly even though we didn't have a reservation. It is not a fancy place...very casual keeping with a nautical theme. I thought I wanted crab but when I saw the prices and the size I decided to opt for crab cake. really didn't feel like cracking crab....too much... More

They allowed us to move our reservation to earlier to accommodate our tired children. The crab was delicious and very fresh. Stuffed mushrooms were divine with great flavor and taste. The fries were so so...expected them to be fresh cut but tasted frozen. Definitely would recommend to others to eat at in Philly.

We just stumbled across DiNardo's as we wandered the historic area and read the menu outside. It was a quiet Monday noontime with only a few customers. The bar area was empty but when we walked back to the restaurant there were a few others eating. It is comfortable and a bit old-fashioned in decor, but I like that. Our... More
