Giving 5 stars across the board to Panorama is not my way of putting it on par with Vetri, but for what it is, Panorama hits it out of the park. Italian fine dining in a small and warmly decorated dining room in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of Front Street. Wines by the glass at Vetri... More

Love this restaurant. Have eaten there on several of my visits to Philadelphia. Homemade pasta is excellent. Unfortunately, the dish I love the most was off the menu when I went in late June 2015 - the gnocchi with crab and mushrooms. Heaven! I love to explore their wonderfully extensive wine list and partake in a wine flight!

My husband & I ate here since we were staying at the Penns View Hotel. We both had an excellent meal. Quite possibly the best gnocchi I have ever eaten! Their wine flights are also a great way to sample a variety of different wines. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable.

Visited here on a Monday evening as part of a large group. Had veal. The setting was quaint, if a little dark. Wine was nice. Veal was tough. I could have definitely made it better myself, and I am not a skilled cook. Dessert was run of the mill tiramisu Service was very attentive

My friend hosted a party here for me recently and it was a huge hit. In fact, my graduation party here ten years ago was also a hit. My mother, an Italian woman, called the food "authentic" and my friend, a retired Italian professor, called the food among "the best [he'd] ever had!" Top notch quality with smart wine pairings... With the Guinness Book of World Records record for largest wine keeper you can't go wrong. The selection of wines by the glass and choice of 3/6/9 oz pours you can have fun trying wines outside your box. Sat at the bar the clients all sociable and our bartender Ann was very knowledgeable. Food was excellent too. Fresh tomatoes and... More

We stayed at the hotel Penn View so for convenience reasons made reservations at Panorama. Nice Northern Italian cuisine, extensive wine list with interesting tasting wine flight options. Professional wait staff delivering attentive service in a modern/cool atmosphere. Overall a pleasant experience on food, drinks and service. Comes at a price.

Came for dinner. The space is lovely, lots of murals, and the staff and wait staff were very professional (if not a bit stiff). The Caesar salad was outstanding, and although I can't remember at the moment what the appetizer was that we had, I do remember it too was delicious. My only real complaint about the place is that... Fabulous selection of wine....the bar claims it has the most wines by the glass in the country. Go before 7 for discounts. Food is northern Italian. The menu selections were a bit limited. Appetizers and desserts were the high points of our meal. Entrees were average at best.
