Good food, service, but too noisy to visit and talk with friends for my taste

Family gathering for b'day celebrations. Some local. Some visiting from TX. The Skinny margarita pitchers were ~ $53 for the pitcher. They were good. Most of us got variations of the tacos. Chilean Sea Bass YUM. Chicken YUM - forget what the others got. Someone got fajitas. Great choice but no... read more

I was in town with some co-works and this place was highly recommended. So glad we went here as it was delicious. The frozen orange blood margarita had me wish I ordered a pitcher of it. We ordered the guacamole with extra jalapeños, it was smoothly and creamy, perfect! I will definitely go back!

Enjoyed a pre-dinner stop at El Vez for a pitcher of their famous margaritas and fresh made gaucomole. The place is always busy and fun!

The place is packed for dinner, make a reservation to avoid a long wait. It seemed a bit noisy and wasn't always easy to hear someone across the table, but I did enjoy the energetic vibe. Margaritas were pretty good, I tried the blood orange frozen margarita. The flavor of blood orange is strong, as you might expect. I had... More

Had a great mezcal based margarita at the bar. Chips came with two very tasty salsas as well as chopped tomatoes. Pleasant place to have a Friday afternoon cocktail. Interior of restaurant is very inviting.

Another great dinner with a fun and energetic atmosphere. My family has eaten here on several occasions and have never been disappointed. If you enjoy great food with nice ambiance, this is the place to go.

Coming from Texas I was suspicious but I was pleasantly surprised. Although they did not have fajitas on the menu the carnitas plate for two substituted nicely. The steak was cooked perfectly, the chicken was moist and tender and their hot sauce had just the right amount of kick. I will return!

We went there for lunch with 6 people and we had a very good lunch. The chicken burrito and chicken enchilada was the groups favorite

El Vez is simply amazing. The food is great, the service is great, and the ambiance is nice as well. I do see that there are some reviews complaining about the noise level, so I will say that yes, this place gets noisy. However, this is something you need to consider when choosing a place to have dinner. If you're... More

For those who have a family that has a few members not into Mexican Hot Spicy Food this is the perfect place. Try the Beef Tacos. Three good portions priced at $18.00. Also the Blood Orange Margarita is worth the trip. For a group order by the pitcher, $40.00.
