We really enjoyed this restaurant. We started out at the bar which isn't huge but a decent size. The bartender was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about bourbons, friendly, and gave us excellent service. When we were ready to eat, we were seated pretty quickly. Service was good, the food was excellent but the prices weren't cheap. People were dressed from very... More

Don't you hate it when one of your favorite restaurants goes south? Maybe it was due to renovation. Not in its usual lobby spot, the moved it (i suppose temporarily) up to the top floor. OMG would be pretty except for the ARMARK enormous sign in red, facing the building. The service and the food was laughable. Wrong dishes, cold... More

I honestly don't know who they think they're kidding. Based on previous reviews, we booked a dinner for a Friday night. The food was barely adequate, overpriced, and the service was arrogant and inattentive. Made us feel as if we were intruding on something more important.

I had dinner here with my wife on a Friday night. The restaurant wasn't very crowded - you definitely get the sense that its the type of place only patronized by those staying at the hotel. The food was very good - the pork belly appetizer I had was delicious, one of the best appetizers I've ever had. My wife's... More

Stayed in the Loew's hotel and decided to give this place a try. The food is way overpriced for what you get. There was no hostess at the hostess station when we first arrived to be seated. My sea bass was raw inside and I had to wait for a replacement, but, when done correctly was very good and they... More

The restaurant is located in a majestic large space under the Loew's Hotel. Clearly a lot of attention has been given to the planning and design of the space. There many art deco elements and a beautiful mosaic hangs over an semi-open kitchen. The menu is small with modern American influences, with a clear preference for fish. We chose crispy... More

Enjoyed my 3 course prix fixe lunch: artichoke soup, short rib cheese sandwich and pumpkin pie (USD20++). Our server, BJ, was attentive but not obsequious. Nice place to have a quiet unhurried conversation.

While staying at the Lowe's, we enjoyed dinner at SoleFood on two different nights. Both nights, Sunday and Tuesday, service and food was good. No complaints regarding speed, timing or servers. The first night I had the crab cake, which was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend it. My dinner companions also enjoyed the hanger steak and striped bass. The butterscotch cheesecake was... More

Average American hotel food (i.e., servicable and expensive). We had our breakfast here because it was included in our package. The service was terrific. The food was average. No complaints, just nothing exceptional. Very expensive for what it is.
