This place is fun. Ladies on a night out with their girlfriends in Philly should go here and sit at the window tables or outside and look out at the square and people watch. Great place to go on a date too, great bar and atmosphere. The food is really good, hamburgers are a Philly favorite and the fries are... More

This place is great for a drink or appetizer but the menu is somewhat limited. On my recent visit I did have the Rouge Burger and it was very good - not done enough the first time and had to send it back, but the situation was quickly rectified. The place has a small center bar in restaurant and is... More

We dined at Rouge as a party of 7 and were very satisfied. The food is excellent and the waitress was very helpful and accommodating. The bar area was packed on a thurs. night and since we dined late (9 pm) it was very noisy since our table was next to the bar but we will definitely return. The menu... More

Rouge burger is out of this world good. Prices are very reasonable especially for Rittenhouse Square. They make the most of the little space that they have. Its quaint without being crowded

My wife/I had an excellent luncheon this past Saturday (March 8) as we sat at the bar with a great view out on the beautiful Rittenhouse Square on a sunny day w/temps in the 50's!. Our bartender, Tommy, was great as usual as he always brings a smile to your face while attending to his many regulars who frequent the... More

It has been a few years since we had the pleasure of dining at Rouge (not since the kids have graduated). However, yesterday we have ended up near Rittenhouse square at lunchtime and this was the obvious choice. The menu has changed since our last visit and so did the approach. While the bistro/diner standards have remained there is a... More

If you're in Philly and looking for some good burgers around the Rittenhouse square area, this is the place to go. Very cute little restaurant with adorable ambiance. Great views of the Rittenhouse Square park - outdoor seating is fun when the weather is right. Service is always good - can be a little cramped inside but the food makes... More

We had a really enjoyable dining experience. We ate curbside / outdoors and had great food. The food was very good; we had a attentive service. Tasty food and to perfection temperature. Nothing to complain about. Reading the reviews maybe it is best to eat outdoors? It is a nice eatery at the Rittenhouse Square. Again we had a great... More

Loved the view, food and great service! We went for brunch and the place was busy. We sat at the bar facing the windows and had a nice view of Rittenhouse Square.
