We came here for a group dinner and the entire experience was incredible. The decor is extremely fun and ultra modern. With some Stephen Starr restaurants, it seems the emphasis falls on appearance and overshadows the quality of the meal, but not here. The family-style dishes and sushi were all delicious. As were the cocktails! We also had a private... More

Staff and food was wonderful. I attended a cocktail reception and only had drinks and appetizers. Can't wait to go back for dinner. I heard the crab fried rice is wonderful.

I've only been to Pod three times but it always seems to fit the bill. The food is always unique and fresh and the atmosphere is busy and fun. The first time I went, I took my husband who doesn't eat fish and isn't big on fancy food, my son who generally eats from a limited kid menu and my... More

Stayed nearby and went to POD for dinner. It is a funky little restaurant with seating shaped in pods. We waited at the bar for our table and some guests who came in after us were seated immediately. We had reservations and finally had to ask when we would be seated. After being seated, we had to wait for our... More

This is a really fun, sometimes crowded and noisy, place to eat. Young crowd of course, located on the Penn Campus. It is so much fun to look around at all the great lighting and the pod seating off the main floor where the regular tables are. On the night I was there with my cousin, she had been the night... A meal at POD is always the highlight of any visit to the Penn Campus. It's a "happening" place---typical of what you'd expect on a vibrant urban campus. If you're looking for a quiet dinner consider other venues. But if you want to feel like you're in college again, POD is the place for you. The menu is trendy and... More

Had my daughter's graduation dinner at POD. Great decor. Food was excellent. Our server team was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended. Two cool things -,there are actually "pod" rooms for larger party with a "mood" light device. Couple can dine in window "pod".

Pod has some interesting cocktails that I like.Penn's campus. vorite is the Saki Mohito and the Rising Sun during Happy hour snd they are $6.00. They also offer happy hour bites for $5.00 which include potstickers, shrimp tempura, california rolls, shitake buns and vegetable tempura. I love that this restaurant is very close to U Penn's

I came here with my husband and parents on the recommendation of the hotel we were staying at. My father normally doesn't crave Asian food but my mom had a craving so she won out. Glad that the woman at check-in suggested Pod - it was simply delicious. Great Japanese-inspired menu ranging from sushi and robata to Malaysian and Thai... More
