We had tickets to see the Beyonce Concert and stayed at the Four Seasons. This lounge is always hopping with good people and the conversation cannot be beat. The best Bombay Sapphire martini can be found here and the best complement would the artisan cheese plate.

The view of the fountain is great, the servers are friendly and efficient and the food was wonderful. Order the cheese teak spring rolls, you'll thank me later!

I had been dreaming of Four Seasons pancakes as my reward meal after completing my first marathon. Sunday, I did just that, and showed up at the Swann way past breakfast, and even past lunch. I asked our server if they could make pancakes for me that afternoon and without hesitation he said "I'm sure we can whip them up!"... More

My husband and I have been coming to the Swan Lounge at the Four Seasons Philadelphia for over 20 years to celebrate special events. This year has been particularly wonderful because of a young man named Chris with a memorable laugh:) We stayed the weekend for our wedding anniversary and each time we had drinks and snacks in the Swan... This was one of our favorite spots for an evening cocktail. It had a sophisticated menu of small plates, excellent cocktails, sophisticated waitstaff, an elegant but warm atmosphere with fine piano player on some evenings. Then they dumbed it down. Installed big tvs over the bar, cheapened the staff uniforms, downgraded the furnishings, and generally undermined what had been the... More

The Swann Lounge is a lovely spot. The food is delicious and the service is top-notch. I'd like to see a Gouda (or other sharper cheese) on the artisanal cheese plate again, though.

To venture out for fabulous service, I ate the Swann Lounge in the Four Seasons. The salad, atmosphere, service, and staff met my Four Seasons outstanding expectations.

The Four Seasons offers a lovely afternoon tea in the Swann Lounge. They tea sandwiches, scones, and pastries were wonderful as was the extensive selection of brewed tea. A pianist helped set the stage for a relaxing and refined afternoon break. At $30 per person it's a bit pricey, but nice for a special celebration or an important event. Note... More

This is our second trip to the Swann - this time just to the lounge. Service was outstanding and atmosphere was great. Very pricey: had 2 Bushmills and 2 wines - bill came to $72.60 without tip. Would get 5 stars except for the cost; guess you're paying for the atmosphere which is great
