Always excellent

I'm a local and have gone to Bibou for years. Pierre is now doing a tasting only dinner and it has been amazing to watch the evolution of his food. This is French food with an attention to detail. Always amazing, the dishes now have even more elegance in their presentation. If you are visiting... read more

Lovely 9 course meal. Each course is delicious. Service is impeccable BYOB...so bring your favorite bottles. I suggest a white for the first couple of courses and then make a switch to red The chef personally makes a round at the end of the meal, spending a couple of minutes at each table....a nice touch. Cash only

A party of 4, we had the chef tasting dinner. Everyone raved about the 7 courses. For the tasting menu, they serve a different dish for your partner. So if you like to share, it is like having 14 courses. They only take cash and I would recommend reservations 3 weeks in advance.

The restaurant is very tiny, we sat in the middle of two couples and could here both sides of the conversation. It's fine but don't expect privacy of any sort. It was freezing. I complained and they did turn the air down. It it was still cold. I don't think they have to thermastats because it's so small and I... More

My husband and I have always enjoyed having dinner at Bibou and could not wait for the reopening of this fine restaurant in May. They had been closed for renovations. We were not disappointed when we went to dinner on 6/27/15. It was wonderful to see many of the staff members that we have come to know . Chef Pierre... More

Went there last night to celebrate our anniversary. They have just re-opened after a remodeling and it is a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere in which you did not feel at all crowded. Best of all was that we could have a conversation. Thank you, thank you. The set menu was sublime. BYOB. My impression was that they have not always... More

This restaurant reopened following renovations in mid-May 2015 with a new format so reviews prior to that are obsolete though the chef is the same. Format is fixed 7 course dinner $108 with tax plus tip BYOB, CASH ONLY. I waited two weeks for a table. Capacity is 18 so i suggest groups reserve well in advance. Pace is leisurely.... More

My husband and I had the 7 course Prix fix dinner at Bibou on Saturday night. Bibou is an experience no one should miss, the food, atmosphere and staff are exceptional. The chef, Pierre Camels is by far above above and beyond comparison. The snail and scallop mousse cannelloni (2nd course) was something out of a dream, so creative and... More

This is one of the best BYOB restaurants I've ever enjoyed. Fantastic meal, service and environment. Enjoy but be prepared and patient with reservations. Limited seating makes the seating a premium. Check on BYOB and cash only status.
