Just went for a drink & appetizers with a friend. Good beer selection, though not too many. We had the mussels with white wine sauce, and it was delicious! The place is a bit small, but has outdoor seating. Bartender was amiable. There's a" flying eagle" on the ceiling, which I think is a patriotic expression. Cute. Will go back... More

This spot is a go too for their regular menu, brunch, or mix it up w/ their special. The beer selection is short, but well thought out, and there is always a decent crowd.

This is a fine place in Northern Liberties. Northern Liberties is one of those formerly hipster...artsy-fartsy neighborhoods that is on it's way to yuppified upscale. So this meal essentially changed my life. Never have I ever tried chicken and waffles, and now I know it was because fate wanted my first time to be at N 3rd. I don't even live in Philidelphia, but I make the 30 minute drive to North 3rd at least once a month. It's a MUST if I'm philly for the day. A bunch of us were hanging out on NoLibs and decided North 3rd was were we wanted to end the night. We were cutting it close to the kitchen being closed; however, we made it just in time to get an order in.
