Dinner w/ Great Friends

I had never been but 2 out of the 4 of us had enjoyed meals here before. Food was good, beer variety was tops. The Potato/Kale soup was excellent. Good variety of salads. Just a wee bit too dark to motor around in for seniors and little kids.

This place is a real gem! Small and loud, but the décor is fun and the food is delicious and unique. This was my first time in Philadelphia and my daughter would not let me leave until we had a meal at N3rd! I was so HAPPY that we had brunch here before leaving town! The neighborhood where this restaurant... More

We stopped here for a much deserved breakfast after participating in a running event in town. The portions were generous, tasty and reasonably priced. The service was also good. We had a bit of luck in our timing, by the time we were placing our order there was an hour wait. Clearly, this joint is a neighborhood gem.

I had a grilled cheese with arugula, over easy egg, and tomatoes smothered in creamed chipped beef. Excellent. We had a large party and everyone was pleased with their breakfast. The wait staff was superb and the atmosphere is super cool.

Great corner bar and restaurant Visited this Philadelphia bar on a Friday night, on the advise of a buddy who raved about the cocktails and food. He wasn't wrong, very friendly place and food service was prompt. Cocktails were excellent. Ate at the bar with some locals and enjoyed fish and chips.

After a fine tour at the Yards Brewing Company, we stopped in for a late lunch (brunch menu). Had some great cocktails. The wings were plump and tasty but what knocked my socks off was the Gazpacho Soup... fresh and delicious. Burger was outstanding, perfect bun. Dumplings were tender and flavorful. My Salad was large, fresh and satisfying. the Dinner... More

I loved the eclectic atmosphere. The decor was definitely very interesting. All of the staff were super friendly and very attentive. I got the biscuits and gravy from their brunch menu and it was like I had died and gone to heaven. It was superb. We got there around 10 am on a Saturday and there was no wait and... More

Nothing fancy with the food, very average. Front room was pretty noisy for a Sunday. Good Bloody Mary, but that was the highlight of my meal. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Good service.

Someone recommended a restaurant nearby a few weeks back. Had a friend visiting - went to try for breakfast. 45 minute wait even for the counter seats. There were 2 of us. So walked back towards 2nd to head back to Old City & walked past N. 3rd. Walked in and voila' a new gem found in my new city!!... More

If not just for the atmosphere alone, this location is something to see. The decor will keep your eyes busy for hours =) But let's be honest, you go somewhere to eat for the FOOD not for the decorations hanging all around. A decent bar area with pleanty of drink selection, as well as a sit-down area for dining-in. The... More
