Great eats quiet, delicious . good service

Great service, delcious food. theres a reason it's a cut above most places. Food and service to me is on point. decor meh.. but nonetheless I like a nice quiet place to take someone out and enjoy our meal.

Best steak in the suburbs by far. Most extensive wine list and consistently great service. Steak salad and truffled fries for business lunch as good as the rib eye and lobster mac and cheese for dinner. Steaks are done to perfection consistently or redone. Martinis at the bar and dinner on the porch summer favorites.

Had a delicious lunch here. The dining area was quiet so we could converse. We ordered the two tenderloin sandwiches with fries and the steak with fingerling potato salad. Both were perfectly done. Salads were crisp and fresh and the bread was excellent. Wait staff was knowledgeable and attentive. Cost was $40, a bit higher than we like to pay... More

We recently celebrated our anniversary with dinner at The Capital Grille. We were greeted with "Happy Anniversary" and seated at a table with a card and long stemmed red rose. Our server, Rosemary, was superb! She was so helpful in dealing with my severe allergy to onions. We ordered from the pre theater dinner menu, and she adjusted my meal... More

Not certain the chefs know what "Pittsburgh" style really means. Ordered my steak, brought much later than others and was cold and NOT how I ordered it. Did require I send it back. I am spoiled by the Capital Grille in Naples. Puts Philly to shame. Maybe an episode of "Undercover Boss" is what is needed here. The "friendliness" of... More

We hadn't eaten here in a while, but I came to the "Cap" for a business dinner and it was great. Their Kona crusted steak which never sounded appetizing to me was fantastic. Service was great and the wine list was fairly reasonable for a steak house. We brought some out of town guests back a few weeks later and... More

If you are looking to eat a great steak go to capital grille. Located in the city centre is the classical environment in Us for a steakhouse. The dry aged porterhouse steak was my choice and a great choice. Price/quality is compared to the standard.
