So many choices on the menu can make ordering at this restaurant a challenge. They do, however, have a suggested brunch items card on your table as well. So far, no one has ever made a choice they didn't love. I ordered the shrimp, spinach, and leeks, and the shrimp were plentiful and delicious. This was our second time dining... More

The list of crepes makes it hard to decide, and there is no wrong choice. Lovely interior. Gracious service without being over solicitous. Save room for dessert, or just go for coffe and crepes. I had the andouille sausage, sunny side up egg and cheese. Hot and delicious. Daughter had chicken with leeks and olives, she was licking the plate... More

I was only there once but it was wonderful. Had a smoked trout and creamed spinach crepe which was awesome and a couple bloody Mary's. Very cute inside and out, friendly and properly-attentive bartender. Will go back.

Step off of South Street at Brainbridge and walk one block to Creperie L'Etage for a wonderful meal. The ambiance is French, from the curtains on the door, to the fireplace, to the positioning of tables. The menu is crepes and you get to choose savory (dinner) or sweet (dessert). We started with a cheese tray which gave the three... More

Dimly lit: check. French vibe: check. Accordion player: check. Cool little spot, but a shade pricey. The crepes were delicious, but we only opted to stop here for dessert so can't comment on the savory crepes. My only suggestion is to up the lighting a bit more. We were in a corner table and had to use the flashlights on... More

This was a dinner with my husband, daughter and her husband, and our two sons. Dinner for 5 with drinks came to $300. The food was good enough but the menu selections were cut in half and the wine list by the glass was slashed to about 3 each of red and white. All in all, if you have never... More

My parents wanted to make my birthday special and took me to Beau Monde. We opted for an early dinner. My parents are particular with their food choices. (They are not "adventurous" eaters and usually eat typical American and Italian foods.) In years past, I had a very hard time finding a place they enjoyed; we tried some of Philadelphia's... More

I went to Beau Monde for dinner with some work friends. I had the Grilled Chicken Breast, Leeks, Olives, Goat Cheese & Lemon Butter Crepe, was excellent. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality and size of the savory crepes, but still felt that in general was a bit overpriced.

Beau Monde has become a favorite restaurant of mine. The crepes are excellent, the service is wonderful, the cocktails are tasty and the atmosphere is comfortable and elegant. We have enjoyed four wonderful dinners and a brunch at Beau Monde and can honestly say that you will be happy with anything that you order but is you want to be... More
