Been vegetarian all my life, I was beyond excited to try the food here. I just loved the idea of having wide variety of options and not worrying about meat contamination etc. Unfortunately the food was huge disappointment. We ordered 5 dishes, 2 appetizers and 3 main courses. None of the dishes we order had any flavor in them. The... More

I eat here 1-2x / month. I don't know what else to say other than if you can get a table eat here. You may likely never have a better upscale vegetarian meal. And it will remain in your mind for the rest of your life as a comparison for everything you will ever eat in the future. Menu changes... More

Second trip to Vedge - not disappointed! The rhutabaga fondue is insane - I cannot believe neither cow nor goat nor sheep has contributed! The kimchee potato salad on happy hour special was amazing as well. The flavors of other dishes were also spot on (had smoked carrots, korean seitan tacos and brussel sprouts to boot) and the presentation was... More

We had a group dinner here for work. Initially I was disappointed as having a vegetarian family member, I look forward to having meat when I go out. This was however a wonderful meal and as many have said, I did not miss the meat. The food was beautiful and well presented. Flavors were rich and satisfying. It was nice... More

Vedge turned a skeptical diner into a believer. The menu is creative, diverse, and ever-changing. MUCH thought goes into each course - from appetizer to dessert. If you have not yet been, you MUST go. The establishment and service are equally wonderful !!

Unbelievable! i am a confirmed carnivore who finds most vegan/vegetarian dishes to be the creation of folks who don't like food. Get the Saitan! It tastes like grilled pork. Fantastic. The smoked carrots are nearly as good. The dessert (sticky toffee pudding) was one of the best desserts i've ever had. Good wine selection and really good craft cocktails. Go,... More

Vedge occupies a beautiful space, which is sparsely but tastefully decorated. The servers know the menu well, and are willing to describe dishes in great detail and with reverence. Every plate that came to our table was too lovely to disturb with a fork and knife, but too tempting to resist. After ogling each course, expectations were high, but each... More

Had a fantastically creative meal at Vedge. Shared a myriad of dished between three people, and every dish was excellent. We particulalrly enjoyed the Grilled Seitan -- had the aroma, flavor and mouth feel of grilled lamb. We all left feeling full and satisfied. Be sure to leave room for dessert!

Absolutely delicious, creative, delicate, and delectable! The chef is extremely talented and brings out the flavor or each ingredient of the dish! We wished we could have tried everything-even the cheese cake was scrumptious!
