Nice little place tucked away on a brick dead end street. The service was good. We visited on a Wednesday and enjoyed live music. Nice wine list. The risotto was perfectly cooked, as was the Filet. I would recommend as a nice late night dinner.

Me and my colleagues ate here yesterday for lunch, and we are glad we did. We are based in DC and this was a nice and warm Philadelphian welcome for sure :-) I ate the pulled pork, which was delicious, unfortunately a little lukewarm. The meat was very good however and the provided sauces to choose from (especially the "sweet"... More

Stopped here during a visit with a student at Penn and loved this "joint". It's a narrow space in an old row house on Sansom St. I had ribs which were fantastic (flavorful and tender but not fatty) but the sides surprised me the most. The mashed potatoes are the "smashed" kind - lumpy with some skin in them and... More

We went to Baby Blues before the game on the recommendation of my sister and brother-in-law who had eaten dinner there the night before. They had met the manager who gave them great recommendations from the menu and raved about their experience. We were staying at the Inn at Penn and the restaurant is located nearby, so went there for... More

Was at CHOP with the family and was looking to eat. We saw the BBQ sign out back and had to stop in. The atmosphere was very relaxed and rustic; we knew we were in for good food when we saw the paper towel roll on the tables. We sat in the back and looked out the back window. The... More

This restaurant was one block away from our hotel. We found it by accident about 9:45 PM, and what a great accident it was - Food and service were great, and very modestly priced...Can't wait to go back :)

Came here with my family for a casual birthday dinner. The food was wonderful. Between the 4 of us we have brisket, ribs and pulled pork and all were terrific. Nice selection of sides. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. Service can be a bit quick but they don't seem to mind if you linger so it's okay.

Came here for dinner after a business meeting. I ordered the brisket, the blues corn and sweet potato fries (at the recommendation of the waitress). The food was excellent and the service was equally as good. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I did enjoy my pulled pork sandwich in this place. I had a seat in the bar, and while thinking about what I was going to order, I was quite impressed on how competent the two guys in the open kitchen are. The atmosphere is great to watch sports or talk with friends and the food is tasty. They should... More

One of our group was desperate to try authentic bbq ribs, this place was recommended by a friend of mine and it didn't disappoint. For me the ribs were excellent but the chicken was superb all complimented by the delicious sauces.
