Description: Perch Pub has been completely renovated into a comfortable, relaxed, unpretentious pub. The dining room and bar has one of the best dining views in the city for people watching- separate areas for a pool table and dart board. Other amenities include a juke box, HDTVs and a large drop-down projection screen in the dining room for those big games. The interior has the feel of a time-less pub; lots of rich mahogany finishes complimented by large areas of exposed brick and metal beams. Perch promises to have pub grub excellence with Chef Bill Carroll at the kitchen helm. Open at 4PM seven days a week with plans to expand our hours of operation to lunch Monday through Friday and a Saturday / Sunday brunch.

Too busy right before a show but sneak a micro beer or nice meal when the place empties out about 7:30pm on weekends. Great food and service. Very Fresh fish n chips and salmon special entree. Could be a tourist trap because of location on second floor on broad street but also could be a gem. Great service, ambiance, clean.... More

Thoroughly enjoyed dinner recently with three friends. The staff was happy to accommodate our early reservation in time to attend a nearby event. The menu had a nice selection and some gluten free items too, all at a reasonable price. We enjoyed dinner as well as the background music, at just the right volume. We'll go back for sure.

My husband and I stopped here after dinner for a drink and we were pleasantly surprised. We sat next to a window in the bar area upstairs and loved it. Even though the bar was busy, energetic and had a lot of people talking it was very relaxing. They had a very large selection of beer and other beverages. The... More

My husband and I dined here for dinner on Sunday, October 12 before seeing a performance at the Academy of Music across the street. The location is great if you're seeing a show there or at the Kimmel Center. Luckily, we made reservations, and they seated us immediately after arriving. Their beer selection is extensive. My husband got the Southern... More

We stayed at the Double tree next door and we had just spent the day walking and sight seeing and we were a little tired so we decided not to go far for dinner and we saw there was a pub right there. It was great! We had the malanga chips and they were great, I hadn't had those since... More

My group of three had dinner at this location in September 2014. The service and view were good. Each of us ordered a different sandwich, all three were smothered in cheese. I guess that it's a matter of preference on whether you would like this. The fries were very good but cost extra. If you chose the salad be aware... More

Walked up the 20+ steps to the best restaurant in Philly's Art District. Lauren served us some great beer from a wide variety and suggested the daily special, swordfish with asparagus and wild mushroom soup (which was delicious). Went back the next day for the cobb salad with ground sirloin atop and the corned beef sandwich. Right across the street... More
