Description: Perch Pub has been completely renovated into a comfortable, relaxed...
Perch Pub has been completely renovated into a comfortable, relaxed, unpretentious pub. The dining room and bar has one of the best dining views in the city for people watching- separate areas for a pool table and dart board. Other amenities include a juke box, HDTVs and a large drop-down projection screen in the dining room for those big games. The interior has the feel of a time-less pub; lots of rich mahogany finishes complimented by large areas of exposed brick and metal beams. Perch promises to have pub grub excellence with Chef Bill Carroll at the kitchen helm. Open at 4PM seven days a week with plans to expand our hours of operation to lunch Monday through Friday and a Saturday / Sunday brunch.

Cool Upstairs bar

Right around the corner from The Doubletree. Great selection of beers and wines. Cozy atmosphere and rustic décor. Only stopped in for drinks but food looked appetizing.

Dined here on a Sat night, with a reservation through open table. Located on a side street, wasn't quite as busy as other restaurants. Food and service were very good. Atmosphere is very nice, located on 2nd floor. I would definitely dine here again.

Nice little pub on the second floor across from Academy of Music. Good place to people watch while enjoying a bite before going to a show.

On Monday May 18, 2015 I walked across Locust Street from the Double Tree Hotel to grab a quick bite. The restaurant is up a flight of stairs on the second floor. The restaurant has a pub-like feel with its dark wood floors and walls and subdued lighting. I was seated quickly at around 7:00 PM and ordered baked Mac... More

Had my first hamburger in months and it was decadent. Full of buttery flavor and fresh toppings. The waiter was attentive and since it was Sunday, the brunch was available until 3:00pm. Clean, pleasant but maybe a little loud as the place was full.

If you looking for a quiet little pub right in the middle of center city Philadelphia, try Perch Pub. The restaurant is on the second floor with a nice view of the bustle. The menu was simple. Food and service were great. Relatively inexpensive.

On the second floor above an Italian restaurant. Greeted right away. Sat at the bar and enjoyed chatting with the bartender. Good selection of micro brews. Had the wake and bake burger which was delicious. Fries were crispy. Great ambience. Would definitely eat here again.

Stopped based on reviews on Trip Advisor. Glad we did. Servers were very good. Personable. Great prices on draft beers during happy hour. Big selection in bottle too. Fish tacos were good, though blackening season had too much salt (note: we use little salt at home, so we often find dishes to be salty). The root vegetables with the meatloaf... More

Great atmosphere, which was what drew us in. The Funky Monkey Martini was fantastic. It was like drinking a cookie. I had the mac and cheese with pulled pork - i felt that it could have used a bit more seasoning for that the pork could have been bbq. Just a little bland for my taste, but overall a great... More

The Perch Pub has a very extensive list of draft and bottled beers, whiskeys, Scotches and a good menu of pub grub. The draft beers are not the tired old list that is often found everywhere. The Cuban sandwich was excellent and so was the burger reported my wife. Salad and fries enough for three or four people. Get a... More
