We had dinner with another couple and had a great time. The food was excellent and service was very attentive and timely. We had a reservation but met our friends at the bar. They were very accommodating and held our table for us until we were ready. We started off with the crab and lobster, the ravioli, and the foie... More

I was staying at the hotel and having walked around the Neighborhood towards china town I decided I wasn't in the mood for Asian food so ended up back at my hotel. The menu is nice. Cocktails enticing (I only had wine). Caesar salad was lovely and fresh and very tasty croutons (weird to comment on that I know!). It... More

We have recently stopped at Amuse for a breakfast. We don't know whether there is a separate area for dinner, for the one we had our breakfast at is, at its best, a half-walled-off part of the hotel's lobby. Amuse offers a relaxed seating, the big windows provide a nice view to Philadelphia City Hall and the surrounding area, but... More

Went to the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts to see some wonderful art. Happened to see the hotel Le Meridian and low and behold Amuse Restaurant. Had the Cobb Salad. Presentation was amazing, tasted great. It was deconstructed. The staff were so knowledgeable and friendly.

We stayed at le meridian before leaving for vacation to start the vacation early. I bought a travelzoo voucher for dinner at amuse on a whim. Boy am I glad I did. We had the most amazing dinner. Our Asian server ( I forget his name) was wonderful and full of suggestions that got us more for our money with... More

We were lured to a visit Amuse with a Groupon deal. 2 drinks, 1 app and 2 entrees. Turned out to a full drink list but was carefully explained that it included all the drinks but only a small 6 oz pour of wine... however all other drinks on the menu were included. A well made Knob Creek Manhattan for... More

This French Bistro has the best bread brought to your table hot in a paper bag. Last time we were there for dinner 10/28/13, the bread was just OK. The food, usually good was not hot. Onion soup and steak frittes were warm, my salad and main dish were not memorable. The creme brulee was delicious. The room is lovely,... More

My hubby had the lobster bisque. It was VERY, VERY rich. We each had the hangar steak with fries. The steak was superb. The fries were greasy. They brought us a side of baby brussel sprouts that we did not order & they charged us for them. We both ordered dessert. They brought my husband his, but, completely forgot about... More
