Tasty

Service was not too impressive, but the food is good. I ordered the rib rice bowl for lunch and a congee breakfast. They were both generously proportioned and tasted fairly authentic (native Chinese reviewer here). Prices were reasonable. It's also attached to the Sheraton where I was staying and... read more

Tipped off this place had good peaking duck and definitely not disappointed. The peaking duck for four came with at least another three dishes. Maybe there was even too much food. Generously priced, good drinks, nice fun lively atmosphere.

They offer a wide variety of food and they have specials for every season. I love the barbecue pork, roasted duck, steak, and stuffed eggplant here.

This was one of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever eaten. Soup was stupendous. I had the vegetable seaweed. Tofu curry main dish was succulent. Gin martini was classic. I cannot believe this is in the Sheraton in university city. What an excellent find.

Background: when walking by Sang Kee Noodle House, I stopped in to ask if they had Dim Sum on the weekends. Affirmative! Verdict: When I went to order Dim Sum, the restaurant was filled with guests speaking Chinese. All of the Dim Sum was good to excellent, but the Siu Mai (Shu Mai) Shrimp Dumplings were amazing. When we're back... More

We ate here during Family Weekend at U Penn and had a nice dinner. We were in a bit of a rush to get to the football game and told our server to recommend a few things that would be made quickly and we ended up getting steamed dumplings, fried rice and 2 other dishes. The dumplings were really good...next... More

We had dumplings, scallion pancake, rice bowls. All food was great. Service was quick. We arrived for an early dinner (6:00 PM) and were able to get a table. It was really busy by the time we left. Clearly a popular place!

The service was excellent. The menu was easy to read with pictures of the dishes. The food arrived promptly and was prepared to our desire. The prices were very affordable. It was right in the middle of University City.

The restaurant is located in the lobby of the Sheraton Hotel. I ordered the barbequed pork friend rice. So yummy.

We ordered take-out each time, because we were staying at the Sheraton. The food was delicious! Very authentic!
