We went for a quick dinner and found it hopping with undergraduates. This SangKee is located inside the Sheraton Hotel and it's prettier and fancier than most places near the 'Penn campus. They have a range of dishes, incliuding some comfort food normally not found in a restaurant, such as congee. The noodle soups are popular with students and affordable

Had a wonderful meal with many options for vegetarians. The staff was helpful, the food didn't taste like most Asian restaurants. The dumplings were wonderful and moist and not heavy.

Love this place. Love their big bowl soup. Breakfast isn't bad either. Dinner is great, and food comes so quick, very highly recommended. I was at this hotel for 4 days and ate there each day.

his place is pretty good, before I get to the food the big positive difference is the location....36th and Chestnut is usually easier to park than Chinatown..also for us in the western suburbs its 10 minutes closer each way; Things we liked, beef and egg noodle soup, chicken spring rolls, General Toa chicken, dan dan noodles (although mid level -... Was thrilled to find this place. Being one of few non Chinese customers, I knew it would be authentic. Was hoping for dim sum, but was told it was too early. Had great spicy double cooked pork belly.

It occupied a space in the Sheraton Hotel that had seen a succession of grim and overpriced restaurants, and finally somebody opened a cheerful place that was more in tune with the needs of the community. Here you could get fresh, quick Chinese food... More

We have visited several times. Always had a good meal that was priced right. Good service, nice portions and a wide selection menu. Parking has never been a problem.

Floor greasy, food salty, service fair. Literally the very worst. We have eaten Chinese food in all major cities, including Beijing, so it's not like we don't know what is good. How this place is in business is beyond me. Don't go.
