If you want great food with a cozy atmosphere and attentive staff this is the place for you. The entire restaurant will seat 50 . They do have outside seating, but we felt it was a bit noisy. Inside it is small, cozy, warm and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable and the food ranges from your comforting spaghetti and... More

Stumbled upon this place and immediately fell in love! Its quaint and has beautiful decor. the staff is highly personable, very sincere and kind, and the food is out of this world! My waiter Richard was very attentive and friendly, not to mention adorable! It's a must try, you won't be disappointed!

While my boss ate with friends across the street at Fork, I went across the street and found Father's, looked like a nice place but after waiting 15 minutes at a table outside, no one came over even with a menu. Six other guys had the same situation and we all just left. Best move I made, Right next door... More

Small, personable place. Hostess and server were fantastic- Jennifer and I think Brian. Reminded me of NYC restaurants. We celebrated our anniversary with our kids and were a large group of seven. Food was fantastic. We will go back. Prices can't be beat.

We happened to walk by, and wanted Italian, so we stayed. I think the complementary wine enticed me, but unfortunately, the hostess (waitress, or whatever she was) was very over-the-top. She kept spewing every detail about the menu, and trying to sell EVERY single person walking by. It was annoying to listen to that throughout our dinner on the sidewalk.... More

We stopped here to have lunch at an off time, while shopping in Philadelphia. We are usually reluctant to eat in a place, which is empty, but, as I said, it was an off time. The waiter was a bit strange. And a bit difficult to understand. Maybe he had a speach impediment or something. He was courteous enough to... More

Before going to Arden Theater had dinner here. It was a delight. Excellent service. Better than in some of the more expensive restuarants in the city. Exceptional service, especially by Brian and Jennifer. I brought my own wine but they offered a complimentary glass if we hadn't. Vast selection. Hard to make a decision. Can't say enough about how good... More

We were looking for somewhere to eat on a busy Saturday and ducked out of the rain after Brian hooked us in off the sidewalk. Superb, simple food, beautifully cooked. BYOB - we took advantage of their 'complementary' red wine. You will find this little gem opposite the US posatl Service Museum.

I tried to sum it up in the title of my review. The food here was unexpectedly spectacular. It may have been the best lasagna I have ever eaten. My entire party of 9 loved their dishes. Very, very good. We enjoyed our meal outside in a nice setting across the street from the Old Post Office, just a couple... More

Went here with a large group during restaurant week. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed as the restaurant was crowded, but we had good service none the less. The restaurant week menu was a great deal, and everything was very good! Great great meal. It is a BYOB and there was NO corking fee, so that's nice. Wallet friendly nice... More
