This cafe/diner is tucked away on the outskirts of the old city centre & clearly where the locals go for a decent bite to eat. It's on 18th & Calloway (Up towards Barnes Foundation Art Gallery). My hotel receptionist recommended this cafe to me & it was a superb recommendation! I found out on arrival it's in the Zagat guide... More

This is a casual cool cosy lively warm friendly Restaurant with Diner style menu. My son took us and the inlaws here when we came to visit him. Six of us ordered 6 different meals... And everyone raved about their food! Food was excellent. Large portions too for doggy bags! Service was great. Decor was lovely. I would guess that... More

OMG...I could eat here every day of my life. The breakfasts are huge and delicious. I usually get an omelette (with the excellent bread/toast) or sometimes the lox platter. The lunches and dinners are amazing too. Plenty of variety. Very accommodating if you want to change something in the meal. excellent service. BE PREPARED TO WAIT ON WEEKEND MORNINGS FOR... More

This is a nice place for a big breakfast in Philly. French toast are a must have. The portions are big and the staff is very friendly. Walking distance from the Cathedral and City Hall.

We had a late lunch here after a visit to the franklin institute- it's an easy walk- they do breakfast things all day (like stuffed French toast) and have very creative sandwich type combinations. My husband had with heuvos rancheros and I had a brisket-y sandwhich thing with pickles - there was a set of specials named for Seinfeld episodes-... More

This breakfast / lunch cafe is awesome. I've eaten here at least 10 times and each time my food was excellent! Service is great as well. Only downside is the coffee, it's a dark dark roast. Too bitter. Otherwise, highly recommended.

This place is clearly a popular breakfast spot and it was packed on a Saturday morning. I got an egg breakfast- the eggs were a little dry, but the home fries, bacon, and toast made up for that. My boyfriend got the stuffed french toast, which was almost the size of a loaf of bread- a little overwhelming and excessive.... More

We went to Sabrina's after the Barnes & were amazed with the variety of options. We had a vegetarian, a gluten-free person & someone who loves breakfast. All were accommodated well, and the food was terrific. Service was helpful, friendly & well organized! We will go back!

Excellent good, humble service, a bit crowded but I'm a New Yorker so I'm ok with it. All in all, I would highly recommend!
