Stopped for lunch

Conveniently located in city center. Typical Irish Pub. Had the turkey club with salad, thinking skip the fries if I'm having a cheesesteak later on. What a surprise. Obsessed with their dressing. That's about all I can rave about. Maybe stick to the Irish fare or a burger.

As I've read in other reviews, the noise here is deafening. If you are 25 and have no need for ear plugs, this is your place. Lucky for our group of 4 including my 7-year old daughter, they have a dining area inside the hotel which is nice and quiet. Food is a mixed bag here. French onion soup is... More

Found this place by accident a few years ago, and often come back. Good brew rotation, good staff, and games are always on.

Stopped here after an out of town work visit in Philadelphia. The staff was great, the atmosphere was great, and the happy hour was great. A beautiful interior with clean bathrooms and good calamari. If you are in the area, it's worth your time.

We visited Philadelphia last weekend and were looking for a sports bar showing the Champions League final. We spotted a few guys wearing Barcelona shirts so followed them to Tir na Nog. Well furnished big pub, loads of tv screens, friendly staff, usual pub fare, good prices, recommended for a casual visit or to watch a game on tv.

Food, Service, and Beers were great. Even though we were in the middle of several Rugby club parties, the staff paid attention to us and made sure we did not go wanting. The crab cakes were great...they better be if you're on the east coast.

I stopped in to have a beer, lunch and charge my phone on April 19th. They have a charge it station in the bar area. Chris was a great bartender offering me suggestions, samples and good conversation. The tuna melt was delicious.

If you are looking for some good Irish food or spirits, this is the place. The main room is a cozy environment, with friendly patrons. Nice for business lunch or after hours. There is also an adjacent room in a nearby lobby for when extra seating is needed. The atmosphere is not a nice, but it is quiet and the... More
