Favorite place for Restaurant Week 2016!

Came here for my birthday January 21st, 2016 (a Thursday) after booking a reservation two hours beforehand on a whim and wow, was it a great decision. Ordered from the Restaurant Week menu and I'm still thinking about the food. It was my first time dining at a French restaurant so I didn't know... read more

A bit of Paris here in Philly. Limited but great menu options. Excellent wine selections, attentive, well informed staff. Great for an evening with friends. Perfect for that up coming Valentine Dinner with some one special. She'll be impressed! Street parking, cozy facility. Mid-range pricing. Participating in Restaurant Week.

Have dined here several times, but last night was over the top wonderful... They now offer a chef's tasting menu that is a superb value (5 or 7 courses) we chose five with wine pairings... (similar chef's menus at snootier places in the US would cost about four times this and not be any better...say "Inn at Little Washington" which... More

very charming place with a great ambiance, excellent service, delicious food artfully presented. French song played in a background. Open kitchen, very clean. Excellent fixed price menu for weekend lunch, very inexpensive considering the quality of food service at this little restaurant. I took my family for my mom's birthday and it was very delightful.

We went to Paris a couple of month ago, so we came here because we missed the French food we had in Paris. 1. We ordered two appetizers, two entrees, one side dish, two glasses of red wine, one dessert to share, total including tips came out to be $170 for two people. Actually more expensive than the French food... More

Delicious food with a wide range of options, everything is delicious, staff are warm, place is cozy and this place will make you want to come back to Philly just to eat here again. Enjoy the French bistro atmosphere with wine and then go all out, escargot, soup, steak and dessert. You won't be disappointed.

From Oysters with horseradish creme freshe, chestnut/mushroom soup, Calvados sorbet, bacon wrapped venison, topped off with bushe de noel plus great cocktails and wine - the meal was delicious. And, the service was excellent - comfortably attentive, mildly humorous and real. Comfortably trained servers. Great atmosphere - bistro busy yet easy to talk with dinner companions.

This fixed price five course meal was outstanding accompanied by great service from the waitstaff. The regular menu is also available but why not celebrate?

My wife and I first visited Bistro La Minette a couple of years ago during Philadelphia Restaurant week. For $35 a person and a 3 course meal we could not pass the deal up. The restaurant is located a couple blocks off of the popular South Street. Parking is street or car lot only and can be difficult to find... More
