The atmosphere was very authentic as well as the food and all four of us would enjoy coming back again even though it was not geographically convenient for us. I am a big foie gras foodie and the dish that they served lived up to my expectations.

stopped in here with a group and food was good. The service was great you never had to ask for anything the would ask you first it seemed. The wine list was very nice was able to trying several varying in price. The experience made me want to go back to paris. The one draw back was the place was... More

It was a girlfriend's weekend for us but my friend also wanted to take me out for a belated birthday dinner. She's more of a foodie than I am so I let her do her research and find a restaurant. Bistro La Minette was it, and were we happy it was. Fabulous food from our plate of escargot to our... More

One of the best French restaurant values in the city. From the warm baguette, to the oysters to the duck confit, it was a true taste sensation. Polite and attentive waitstaff helped make the evening enjoyable. Conversation was easy, even when the room was full on a busy Saturday night. The diverse menu offered lamb, duck, rabbit and fish all... More

We were visiting from Seattle, and 2 Phila friends recommended Bistro La Minette. We went there with one, and were so happy we did, especially as the next night we went to another French restaurant that was not very good. I started with the beet salad, with a citrus vinaigrette that was indescribably delicious. One of the best salads I've... More

Food is wonderful. They just changed to their autumn menu, they really do keep up with what is fresh in the marketplace. The chef made an amazing dish out of a piece of salmon - my husband loved the rabbit. Service was very professional. Décor is not fancy, I would describe it as Philadelphia French Bistro, tin ceiling, long banquette,... More

Very good food and atmosphere. While it's not as good as France, it's some of the closest to true French cuisine you'll find in the Philadelphia area. It was my second time dining here and, once again, it was exceptional. Highly recommended!

My wife and I went there the night after our wedding for Restaurant Week. Restaurant is on a quiet street, although not the prettiest surroundings. The Oeuf de pecheur and Rabbit were both equally as fabulous and dessert was great. Service was very attentive, knowledgeable, but not over-bearing. I would definitely return.

We've dined here 2x in the last 6 months and this is an excellent restaurant. Some of the other reviews I have read seem off base compared to our 2 experiences. Creative cocktail list, nice wine list, albeit overpriced as they all are in Philly for some reason, small but well thoughout french menu. Have had the foie gras appy... More
