Stopped in for a business meeting. Never experienced this style before. Pretty cool having about 16 variations of meats walked over to your table upon turning a card over signaling you are ready. That is after a quite extensive self service salad bar. Great time.

I haven't had a bad experience there yet. It can get a little busy to where you r waiting for people to come around, but when you tell them your favorite they start appearing everywhere. The people there are not really sociable but your there to eat right. Overall I would definitely go here again.

Had lunch with a friend here for Restaurant Week and had a very good meal. No unlimited meat available at lunch time, however the lunch special was quite enough. It included both soft drinks and unlimited salad bar which is very outstanding. Helped ourselves to a variety of items including the traditional black beans and rice.

We ate here Aug 1st for a birthday dinner with my husband and I. Our favorite Brazilian steakhouse is Texas de Brazil so we compare other Brazilian steakhouses to TdB. Chima had a larger selection of meat including some fish selections. Salmon and swordfish were offered. The cuts of meat were less flavorful and more dry than TdB. The mashed... More

The salad bar has a number of delightful and interesting treats. I recommend the Chima Mohito, it's perfect. Enjoy any cut of meat you like, cooked the way you like it. I love this place.

In the land of pizza and burgers this is heaven. Not cheap, but for $75 including a nice bottle of wine (the most enthusiastic sommelier I've ever met in the USA!) there is an impressive salad bar as a starter. When you're done with the greens, smoked salmon and prosciutto you can stop any passing gaucho by turning a card... More

I ate a lunch here for a vendor presentation, so we were in a private room. Because it was a private event we were served a selection of meats they normally serve. The lunch started with a pre-made salad that had many items on it, including pepper, palm heart, tomato, fresh mozzarella and maybe 5 other items. It was very... More

There is nothing negative I can say about Chima. The service was commendable. The food was excellent. I tried stuff I don't usually eat, and I actually enjoyed it. They bring you so much meat, anyway you want it, and it just keeps coming. I am a big eater, and I had to unbuckle my belt to get more room... More

My fiancé and I went to chima for restaurant week and it was fantastic. For $50.00 you get to try almost everything. Make sure to get a Mai Tai drink while you are visiting... They are delicious!
