Special occasion lunch with coworkers

This was my first visit, for Mother's Day and it was nice. No real disappointments at all. The food is in excess so be careful not to over do it. I was open to trying everything that was available, and encourage everyone to try as well. I caution you though to not take too big of portions of anything until... More

This is a beautiful venue, but lost its enthusiasm. It is part of a chain of restaurants owned by a Brazilian family. The gouchoes are authentically dressed and service with a flare. I recommend that you take a sliver of everything. Just a bite mind. That includes the expansive salad bar. No body will tell you to take more than... More

You don't have to have endless meat here. You can order the salad bar alone. It's the best salad bar! Everything is fresh, beautiful and delicious. It's my Go To place for a healthy lunch. Of course the meats are perfectly prepared and they offer a wonderful Salmon. The location is a little off the beaten path, but go there... More

I felt so guilty eating here. Everything is in excess--the salad bar and all the meat! It's all you can eat. The salad bar has very excellent, filling choices. This could be the kiss of death if you are there to try all the meats. Pace yourself! The salad bar comes with the meat and is about $60 pp. There... More

You would not necessarily expect to find such an extensive salad bar filled with unique items in a steak house, but Chima's is really excellent. For the carnivores, they bring meat to the table which they carve for you. We were there during a quiet time so did not have any service issues.

My husband and I went to try something new. We have been to Fogo De Chao in Baltimore and had a fantastic experience there as well. I was a little worried that we wouldn't have a good time because of the reviews, but learned that some things you just have to experience yourself. We had a great night. We were... More

My family and I ate at Chima in Philadelphia for my grandfathers 87th Birthday! We were a party of 10. When we arrived we had to wait about 10 minutes as they prepared the table ( we had booked this 5 weeks in advance). We were placed in the back room. Once all seated we waited and waited for a... We ate at this restaurant on February 15, 2015. We had 4:15 reservations and were seated promptly at that time, even though there was a large crowd waiting to be seated. I was pleased that this was the case. There were many good choices of meats, including lamb, various kinds of steak, chicken, salmon, swordfish, pork ribs and sausage, all... More

It is Valentine's Day at 3:56 p.m. I was just called 20 minutes ago by the Philadelphia location notifying me about my 4:45 p.m. reservation which I have made 2.5 weeks ago. I confirmed. And then the reservationist went on to tell me that it was mandatory that I pay 89.95 per meal which I was NEVER notified of. After... More
