I was pleasantly surprised at the upscale feel of this restaurant despite its casual exterior. I had the cioppino instead of a burger and the bowl was overflowing with excellend seafood. I had a couple of good local brewed beers, a fantastic meal and enjoyed myself. The wait staff were outstanding, knowledgeable about the beers, ready to discuss the menu... More

I've been to triumph three times (lunch, brunch, dinner) and have been overly satisfied on each visit. Great coctails and beer along with a wonderful selection of appetites. Favorites are the crab and artichoke dip along with the truffle Mac and cheese. Yum!

Overall experience was positive! Sat outside where service was slow but OK as we were not in any rush. Worth noting that a full bar is available, which was nice as I was attracted by the menu but not in the mood for beer. Ordered the bacon-wrapped scallops & was not disappointed! My friend had the mussels - large portion... More

Large selection of wonderful house beers, very satisfying menu. The jazz combo was really great, no cover. Our service was fine, and the place is good for families. Nice to find this place in the heart of the old town, not touristy at all.

Visited twice April 10 and 11. Food was good but the best was their specialty "old fashioned" called Strange Fashioned made with Buffalo Trace Bourbon. It was too good to just have one.

Interesting place, neat neighborhood. The brew was good. The food was at best, mediocre. The service was terrible, although our waiter was very pleasant. He seemed unaware of us for the most part. He did initially bring all of us water, which I really did appreciate. The bathrooms were unisex, which is very strange. And the attendant was more interested... More

The title gives the highlight. The place was quiet during happy hour, server offered samples of beers, and was surprised by the half-price special. I had a cuban sandwich I enjoyed with a couple cold beers. As we ate a band formed and provided entertainment. It is a good walk to the restaurant from the convention center. We were pleased... More

A group of three of us visited Triumph yesterday. We had been there before for just drinks, however, yesterday we had lunch as well. On Sundays from noon-3pm, all beers are only $3 which is a FANTASTIC deal! The meal was worth this! The german pretzels small plate app were AMAZING! The mustards for dipping were delicious too. The rest... More

I thought the beer was pretty good. The service was . <--(space left intentionally blank) The food was edible. Basic gastro-pub eats that are a little lite on the portion size for the price.
