In Philadelphia on business with an evening alone, I decided on a "bar food" dinner at Triumph. It was a Wednesday evening about 7:00 p.m. Only a few people there. They have approximately 15 specialty beers - so, not a huge selection, but how many can one drink? I had the Imperial Stout. A good stout although I think I'd... More

Most of the time when I visit a brewpub, I expect the beer to be great and the food to be lacking. This place was awesome, and the food was top notch.

Great selection of beers and a good location. Was visiting Philly for the first time and had a hotel down the street from this brewery. The beers were really good and delicious, the food was decent. FYI - they have big portions for food.

I have always felt that Triumph had great beer at reasonable prices (especially at happy hour). Their continuing creative seasonal beers, like Imperial Pumpkin Stout, are always a welcome sight. The food I have tried has also been good. After that, though, I find few things I like. I am not a fan of the fact that every table requires... More

If you are looking for a place to grab a beer, this is a nice place to go. They brew their own beer and have a nice variety to fit any preference. Also, the have multiple pints for only $4, which is hard to find, especially in a city. You can ask for samples of their beers before ordering if... More

triumph is worth the trip for their brews, especially their pumpkin ale. and it is on chestnut street, where you can bar hop for all the good beers. not a coors light or miller light joint:)

Brews were good to very good. Recommend the philly common, similar to an IPA. Belgian tripel was just ok, not clean tasting like a tripel should taste - mouthfeel was off. Food also good but not great prices, typical for the area. Across the street there is a Belgian tavern. Didn't go in but had an extensive list posted, but... More
