Got my first good philly cheesesteak here!

Did the Geno's tourist trap, it was horrible.. While wandering Reading Market, noticed Tommy's had a line around corner. Took a chance and it was worth it. Meat was juicy, bread was fresh, an overall great sandwich. If you're in Reading Market, be sure to stop in there!

It only took a couple of minutes to get a place at the bar for my hubby & I, which made me aware of how many people have for take away!! We ordered from the hand carved sandwiches, a bit pricey but it was well worth it!! we had a pulled pork one and beef brisket, both delicious!!

Touted by locals and food television shows alike as a place you can't miss if you're in Philadelphia. We visited on a rainy Thursday during the lunch hour and Reading Terminal Market was jam-packed. Miraculously, we found two seats and split a roast pork with greens and provolone. Service was good, fast, and Philadelphia friendly (meaning we didn't get completely... More

Travel Channel voted DiNics the best sandwich in America. Now, I haven't eaten every sandwich in America, but I will tell you what I told the waitress at DiNic's in The Reading Terminal Market. I said,

Nothing is better then DiNic's. The roll, the meat, it's all splendid. There's never a bad day to eat at DiNic's!

Stopped here while touring Philly and tried the Roast beef w provolone and broccoli rabe....great sandwich and cute little lunch counter in the middle of the market. Get here early bc they run out of Italian sausage and other items quickly.

Did the touristy thing visiting the Liberty Bell then off to Reading Terminal Market for lunch. Have never been there and difficult to decide where to go. Asked one of the security guards what he would recommend (lovely gentleman) who said "you gotta try a sandwich at Tommy Dinic's. Ordered the roast pork with broccoli and cheese. I've never had... I always stop by Dinic's when I am in Philadelphia. The roasted pork sandwich with broccoli is out of this world. The staff is super friendly, and the food comes fast. It is located inside the Reading Terminal Market which is a very nice place to explore if you like good food. Dinic's is a Must-go for me every time... More

When you find this establishment in Reading Terminal Market it will be obvious that you have come to the correct place. We arrived at the peak of lunch time and the line was long. However, the staff does an amazing job of keeping the line moving. If you are with more than one other person have them scout out a... More

Pork with broccoli rob and provolone was very good. Beef with sweet peppers and provolone was also good. Sandwich is enough food to 2 normal people and you get free refills on your drinks. Meal cost for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks $25.00. Pricy.
