This place never disappoints. Arrived around 1245 and snagged a seat right away, no line today. I usually get the sausage w/broccoli rabe and prov but they ran out of sausage. So I went for the pulled pork instead. The sandwich was big, juicy, and delicious. No more Philly cheese steak when I am in town, have to go to... More

Great Pork Sandwhich's! Get the Brocolli Rabe! We got the peppers also but would have been happier with just the Brocolli Rabe. Yummmmy!

We went here based on the fact Adam Richman declared it the best sandwich in America, being British any sandwich in America is better than you would get at home! We weren't disappointed I had pulled pork & my BF had italian sausage. He had half of mine as I couldn't eat it all, they're are huge! Really succulent &... More

This is a diner style restaurant in the famous Reading Marketplace. They are known for their pulled pork sandwich which is really good. It is a full meal and is lean, dry cooked (not smothered in BBQ sauce) so you can really taste what a good cut of meat you are eating, and served in a nice sub (hoagie) roll.... More

We stopped here during a long layover at the Philly airport and were not disappointed. The pork was moist and flavorful and the broccoli rabe and sharp provolone were perfect compliments. Truly an awesome sandwich.

We were lucky to nab 2 stools on a Friday at this famous pork sandwich spot within Reading Market. I had a meatball sandwich and husband the beef. Bread is exquisitely soft in center with crunch on outside. Both were EXCELLENT. Roasts are viewable behind their island sandwich prep area. Service was fast and furious. Meatballs tender and sauced lightly.... More

Or family came to Philly for a 2 day trip. We were told we had to visit Reading Market. After researching online we decided to try DiNic's. I ordered the famous pork sandwich with broccoli rabe that I read so much about. I can honestly say we all loved our food. Daughter got brisket. She liked it as well. Probably... More

Needed to visit since I had watched a segment on the Travel Channel. Finally glad to have made it! Had the roast pork sandwich with broccoli rabe and sharp provolone... Also had a basic cheesesteak, which didn't taste the least bit basic. Both sandwiches were freshly made, and though the line was long, customer service was quick and efficient. The... More

Recently had lunch at DiNics in the Reading Terminal Market. Although their roast pork sandwich with provolone and broccoli rabe was very good, I would rate John's Roast Pork at 14 E Snyder Avenue, Philadelphia a notch above DiNics. John's pork sandwich is by far juicier, tastier and stuffed.

In Reading Terminal Market. Tried Philadelphia's other famous sandwich; roast pork, aged provolone and broccoli rabe with loads of garlic on a fresh sub roll. What a great combination of favors. Long lines at lunchtime is indicative how popular this place/sandwich is.
