Roast pork with sharp provolone cheese and broccoli robs. DELICIOUS!! So good I went back twice. Fun environment in the Market. Enjoyed eating at the counter and interacting with others.

I found out about D'Nic's after watching Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives on TV. They raved about the roast pork with broccoli rabe (Rappini to us real Italians!) and could not have been more correct. The sandwich is made from quality bread, succulent roasted pork, sharp provolone (My favorite!), and broccoli rabe. The juicy pork combines well with the slightly bitter... More

I had seen DiNic's on a couple different shows on Food Network and Travel Channel. It was the one place I wanted to eat in Philly and was definitely worth it. I had the roast pork with sharp provolone and broccoli rabe. A very simple sandwich with great flavor. I recommend it to anyone visiting Philadelphia.

Small queue but staff served quickly and efficiently. Pulled pork and beef sandwiches went down well after day of sightseeing. The market itself is a sensory and taste delight.

I sit here in Reading Terminal as the taste still lingers in my mouth and I had to write a review. We got the pork with the sweet peppers... And all I have to say is Wow.... Just wow. It did blow away the cheesesteak I had a few days ago. I didn't get the broccoli on it because I... More

Grabbed a hand carved Pulled Pork sandwich on my way out of the Philly based mostly on rave reviews of the place. They say to get the pulled pork for the bigger chunks and the fact that it is more juicy. Long story short I got a pulled pork with sweet peppers and sharp provolone. After traveling home and an... It's the best. We check into the hotel and go straight to DiNic's each time. Do not be decided by the line. It moves quickly. We had always gone with the traditional pork sandwich with provolone or with broccoli rabe. For the first time, I tried the italian pulled pork with broccoli rabe. Ah-mazing. Why did I wait so long?... More

I'm from North Carolina and we take our pork sandwiches very seriously. For me to say the roast pork sandwich might have been the best I've ever eaten is treading on some very sacred ground. But- yummy yummy- even if you've never had broccoli raab - try it anyway- you won't be sorry! ( but I always eat my pork... More

The roast pork with broccoli rabe (also called rapini) and provolone was excellent. The sandwich was juicy without being "soppy" and that contrast of flavors exceeds your expectations. I thought the last time I was there the provolone was "sharper" than this time...maybe a rose colored memory or maybe they changed suppliers. The sandwich was $8.50 + 1.75 for two... More
