Stopping in for a bun to go or sitting for an out standing breakfast or good soup/sandwich on homemade bread this has been a special place that is the SAME for years. My friends who visit now and then ask, "Is the Knead and Feed still here? YES!

Good soups and bread. Decent coffee. Absolutely awful cinnamon rolls. They are soaked in sugar of various forms and almost no bread. So, do lunch here, not breakfast. This traditional Coupeville eatery needs some healthy menu options.

Had breakfast with my family.. The children shared a short stack of pancakes and my husband has scrambled eggs.. I tried one of the orange roll and it was delicious.

Great food, with a wonderful view. I always go back whenever I am on Whidbey. Next year will be their 40th Anniversery. They must be doing something right! Wonderful selection of soups. I recently had a very interesting soup (African Peanut).

Wow. Reviews are all over the place. Some five star, some one star. Someone loves the cinnamon rolls; someone else hates them. Oy, what's the real story. Maybe you should ask a local. We locals love this place. The food is consistently from scratch, good value for the money, and generous portions. What's not to like? Oh, yeah, some folks... More

The rest of the food is pretty good, but the cinnamon rolls must surely be their claim to fame. I liked sitting in the sunny window on the street, but there were also seats right over the waterfront and a long table where small groups became a large friendly one. Superb coffee, really nice people. It's a local hangout.

We found this place on accident and it became a monthly Sat morning treat! Reservations are very recommended as many walk in as they enjoy the waterfront view and surrounding stores. We always share a fresh and hot cinnamon roll and then each get one of their great scrambles with loads of potatoes, vegetables and meat. They only seat about... More

We had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. The servers were friendly and welcoming. We just missed breakfast, but it looked great. I had the shrimp bisque with homemade bread. The portion was more than adequate and very good. My husband enjoyed the turkey with cranberry sandwich. We bought a pumpkin scone to go and it was quite tasty. The... More

If you are in Coupeville,Wa - you must stop in for the cinnamon buns at Knead and Feed. They are the best I have ever had - they are huge and are a meal themselves. My wife had the walnut bun and I had the one with raisins - truly a treat. Nice small restaurant with a great view. The... More

Always great soups, sandwiches and desserts. Small but more than worth the wait. Wonderful sandwiches.
