Great Sandwiches

The sweet rolls are not as good as there were 2 or 3 yrs ago also the bread is very dense not like it was. I like the breakfast, salads, sandwiches.

Wife and I had breakfast at Knead & Feed, which is waterfront in old town part of Coupeville. Easy on street parking nearby. Upstairs is a bakery and downstairs is table service restaurant, for breakfast and lunch. We each had egg scrambles, just the half portions, but they were still quite large. A full portion would be quite a meal!... More

The place is very small. My husband & I looked at their menu, could not find anything healthy or interesting. So we ended up only had two bowl of clam chowder and a bottle of beer. The chowder were the worse we have ever had... Glad that we found some delicious food somewhere else right after.

I enjoyed a breakfast orange roll here. The roll itself was good and pretty big. The setting above Penn Cove and the corresponding views on clear days are also great.

Great area to see the water and land across the way. Local feel and welcome once you come in. Food is delicious and locally grown so it definitely a plus to visit. Small area for seating so be sure to go early as possible.

Soup and sandwiches were all good. Home made including the bread. Disappointing, the only seafood that they served were the famous Penn Cove Mussels caught locally. Problem was the chief never fully cleaned them and the waitress said they looked okay to her. Service was okay but not stellar. The main small dining room is only accessable down a flight... More

What a lovely little spot! Go down the outside stairs to find the sit down restaurant open for breakfast and lunch. We had a wonderful breakfast there with a window right over the water. It's a small place but cozy and HUGE portions. We didn't have room to try one of the Cinnamon buns with orange glaze from the take... More
