Best hot chocolate in the Northwest

Tried nothing but the chocolate and a muffin. Both great, especially the hot chocolate. Worth the stop.

The espresso and fresh baked goods are very high quality at this charming establishment, located at the end of the historic Coupeville wharf. The interior is cozy with old, mellow, wood floors, walls and furniture. Large windows look out on the water of beautiful Penn Cove, surrounding bluffs and Mt. Baker. FYI - if you have allergies, you might want... More

This small coffee shop is at the end of a wharf overlooking Penn Cove. The coffee is good as are the pastries, although the selection is limited. Free wi-fi is provided.

Local grown is at the end of the pier in Coupeville, Wa. Good place to get a coffee and sit outside and enjoy the view.

Coffee is not only made WITH water, at Local Grown it's made ON the water -- this place sits over water with a perfect view of Mt Baker -- and is at the end of the historic dock in Coupeville. Coffee, view, and conversation don't get any better than this. William (the owner) knows all about Coupeville so he's a... More

When you order a double cappuccino with some whip on top, you gotta have quality coffee and someone behind the counter that knows what they are doing. Great service and very good coffee.

Great little coffee shop out on a pier. Beautiful. Worth a trip down. Saw Mount Baker in the distance. Only thought, it needs more places to sit.

Just getting to this little coffee shop located at the end of the wharf in downtown Coupeville is enjoyable. Walk or bike the boardwalk, enjoying charming views from either side, regardless of the weather or time of day. Service is always quick and friendly in this little coffee shop & if you do have a little wait, at least there... More

I just loved this coffee drink. Also, enjoyed chatting with the barista. This place is a real gem! The surrounding views are beautiful and relaxing.
